Order loaded cheese fries with steak, the steak was completely dry, and there was like, half a tablespoon of cheese in it. The pictures they put on the site show there should be tomatoes on topThis comes with nothing but dry steak soggy fries and a little bit of cheese so disappointing

Burrito bowl is amazing. I love their food. Specially chicken burrito bowl & even caramel churros .. yummy n tasty.! even their salsa n chips, I will definitely go again back to eat. Very clean n well preparation.

A decent alternative to Chipotle.
This is an update as I ate there today as back in the fall.
My salad bowl with pork and lots of other goodies was delicious.
I’m beginning to like this place better than Chipotle. Why? No crowds, quiet atmosphere, fresh food and attentive sevice.

I stopped in on my way thru the area because I saw the sign. The woman behind the counter was very nice. She explained a couple of the options that I didn’t recognize. The burrito was good. I’d definitely eat here again.

The food quality was subpar at best. Tough, chewy, and overcooked steak. Hard, overcooked rice, and very old guacamole. Have gone here on multiple occasions but need to take it out of the rotation as it’s gone very down hill

I usually have an amazing experience at Burrito Bowl, the food is delicious and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Monroe location left me feeling upset and disappointed. I ordered a bowl and asked for the guacamole on the side, but the server mistakenly put it directly on my bowl. Instead of correcting the mistake, I was charged both for the guacamole on my bowl and the additional cup of guacamole I had originally requested. When I pointed this out, the “solution” I was offered was to either throw out the entire bowl or scoop out the guacamole and throw it away. agreed to have it removed, but in the process, more than just the guacamole was taken out of my bowl. When I asked for extra lettuce to replace what was removed, I was told I would need to pay for it. They would eventually give me the lettuce begrudgingly. This entire experience left me feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and frankly, sick to my stomach. What hurt the most was not the mistake itself, but how it was handled. I left without even enjoying my meal, which is heartbreaking considering I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Burrito Bowl has always been my first choice for dinner, but the values I experienced that night at the Monroe location do not reflect the ones that made me fall in love with your restaurant.
This is not the first unpleasant interaction I’ve had with this particular server, but it is the one that has made me decide I can no longer continue visiting this location. I truly hope this feedback encourages positive changes, because I want to be able to enjoy Burrito Bowl again the way I used to, with good food and great service.
