A total surprise in an area that felt like the middle of nowhere! The fried green tomatoes were topped with a smoky flavored jam. I’ve never had a fried tofu sandwich but it was delicious. I have no clue how they made the breading stay on the tofu so that it was so crunchy. We asked for a box to be sure we didn’t waste a single crumb of all the food.

Absolutely amazing food. We’ve been on the road 6 days and this was hands down the best meal thus far. I got the pan fried chicken; wife had the lamb burger and slaw. Everything excellent.

Burr Trail Grill is amazing, and the perfect place to celebrate a successful camping trip, backpacking excursion, or just treating yourself to a nice meal. The burgers are great, the chicken is perfect, and I assume everything else on the menu is delicious as well.
We came in with a group of 8 with 40 minutes until closing (I do not suggest you do this, just explaining their amazing service) and our server was still so incredibly nice despite the ridiculous group size so close to closing. If you get the chance, eat here and tip well, because they deserve it! Thank you BTG!

This place was AMAZING! Unreal food — one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the wedges were seasoned to perfection. The pictures include my hubby’s chicken sandwich too! Great beer selection too. It was the perfect stop on our way from Bryce to Capitol Reef! YOU WILL REGRET NOT STOPPING HERE!!!

A total delight. Fantastic burger, deliciously seasoned and cooked wedges, a bubbly and welcoming atmosphere, and a terrific staff. A welcomed stop before disappearing into the wilderness for a couple days. Service was prompt, food was fresh/hot. I can’t wait to visit again!

I happened upon this super sweet Cafe during a 120 mile loop (Torrey – Capitol Reef – Notom Bullfrog Rd – Burr Trail Rd – Boulder – Utah 12 – Torrey) (note: much on dirt roads, no RVs). The menu is amazing and they have an excellent beer selection. I had their signature burger with fabulous Cole slaw. I sat outside on a lovely June afternoon. Service was outstanding in all regards. I definitely would return.

Might just be the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Perfect crunch, so fresh with the perfect amount of hot sauce (not smothered to disguise poor quality chicken like so many other places do). The potato wedges were so fresh and perfectly cooked. They also have a great beer selection. I would expect to pay $3-$6 more for the sandwich.

Delicious food, fast service. It’s clear that the chef here went to culinary school – the food is fantastic. The prices are a bit more than you would normally pay at a restaurant, but the price does reflect the food – it’s great. One thing we noted was if you plug the address into google maps it will take you to a location down the road. This location is at 37.9015350, -111.4246350. We will absolutely be back here again.

This place was great, we stopped in on a road trip not knowing anything about it, burger was delicious, so much flavour. Ruben was also delicious, soft and juicy. Friendly service and nice playlist. Cool hats for sale.

Not your typical small restaurant in a small town. This place is big on flavor and homemade is the standard for most everything they serve. The Chef’s recipes were over the top. Lots of flavors and attention to detail. Hamburgers were excellent and I believe were 1/2 pound and fries were made from fresh potatoes. Coleslaw was slightly sweet vinegar based and was some of the best I have had. French dip roast beef was outstanding. Large portions.
Relaxing atmosphere. Chocolate Mousse Whiskey Pie was tasty as well. You can taste the whiskey! Crust was the best I have ever tasted.
This is a family run business and they take good care of their patrons. One of my favorite restaurants in Utah! If I return to this part of the country I will go out of my way to stop here.
