We went to Burgur for the first time tonight for a late dinner. We got there about 845pm, ordered our food and was told we couldn’t dine in because the dining area is closed. I asked if they were closing and she said yes.
We waited for our $70 of food and took it home to eat.
My loaded Mexican fries are pictured. The laziest guacamole I have ever seen!
I checked their website and they don’t close until 11pm so I don’t know we couldn’t dine in. ♀️
Won’t be going back- overpriced, very average service and our food was cold by the time we got home

The food here never disappoints! Burgers are perfectly cooked, fries are crispy, and everything tastes freshly made. The staff are always welcoming and make you feel valued as a customer. I’ll keep coming back for sure!

This place use to be good a 2-3 years ago.
I dined here a few weeks ago. The customer service was very poor.
The burger was the worst I have ever had from here. I had to throw half the burger away. Pineapple & beetroot were both off. Beef patty was less than average.
I have recently noticed on food delivery app that this location operates multiple take away businesses.
Burgers, mexican, fried chicken, shakes, just to name a few cuisines offered.
Would highly not recommend based on very poor food quality, and terrible customer service.

I’ll definitely be coming back here. All the food on the menu is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly accommodating. But there’s one girl who truly stands out her name is Jane or Jean, something like that. Her smile is so genuine, and she reminded me of my younger days. To that girl, you have a bright future ahead of you.

I ordered the southern style chicken burger it was really good and the chicken was fresh. Highly recommended, definitely will come back! Lastly staff was very friendly, I will give 5star to Kenshin the one cooking the burger, Keep up the good work!

the food does not match the pictures at all. my friend ordered popcorn chicken was which DISPLAYED as crispy fried chicken bites but when she got it , it was unseasoned white cole’s frozen popcorn chicken they’d popped into the air fryer. she got a coke popcorn chicken and chips for $24. insane. i decided on the kids nugget meal for $13 which was a severely watered down “apple juice” and disgusting chicken nuggets with no flavour and for some reason they were gray??!!!

The burger was very plain and mid ? The fries were very yummy. The food was also super fresh, hot, chips crispy. Super pricy, chips are cheaper by a bit and more worth it than burger. Extremely quiet, service was okay but it’s late so I understand 🙂

Literally the weirdest tasting southern fried chicken I’ve ever tried. It tastes exactly like cinnamon churros, I don’t know if they forgot to change out the deep fryer oil out or what but probably the worst burger I have tried around the South East. Not the cleanest place either and it had an odd smell 🙁 $51 wasted, thankfully the chips were good but it’s honestly hard to mess that up.
