We were in town and I saw this placr and decided to give it a try. I ordered the classic burger and regular bacon cheddar fries to go. It took about 10-15 minutes for the order to be ready. The food was packaged nicely and tasted as good as it looked. I think the $19 for my order was reasonable considering the huge order of fries. It’s big enough for 2-3 people. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking too. I liked the place, give them a try.

The place itself was quite nice. Clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the same standard. I ordered a chicken burger, but the chicken was slightly undercooked and had a bit of an off smell, which made it hard to enjoy, so I wasn’t able to finish it. That was pretty disappointing. (The beef burgers were decent though.)
I also ordered fried pickles, which I normally love and get from other places all the time, but these were extremely salty. And I’m someone who enjoys salty food! Still, the batter on the pickles was so salty it felt like biting into chunks of salt rather than seasoning.
If you’re looking for a tasty chicken burger and sides, I wouldn’t recommend here. The atmosphere and staff were great, but unfortunately, the food just didn’t work for me this time.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. We placed a mobile order. I made a request, and they DELIVERED! I’m so pleased. Literally dancing as I eat this sandwich.
Edited to add photo of the box. Didn’t even notice it until I finished.

Overall Rating: 6.1/10
The burger joint offers tasty food and has a nice ambiance, complemented by friendly staff.
Service: 5.9/10
The cleanliness and friendliness at this place were up to standard. However, the lack of physical menus created a bottleneck, particularly when customers in front were indecisive. This setup didn’t allow for efficient ordering or space for others to review the menu board comfortably. A lot of the tables were dirty but eventually someone went out and cleaned them off.
Food:
Cheeseburger: 6.1/10
A decent burger that meets the basic expectations, similar in quality to what you’d find at other burger spots, without standing out particularly.
Loaded Fries: 6.8/10
These were a highlight, featuring a good blend of cheese and bacon atop decently crisp fries.
Onion Rings: 3.5/10
A letdown as the breading didn’t adhere to the oversized onion slices, leading to a side that was just thrown away.

So this is my second time coming to Burger Works and I really question myself for why I don’t eat here more often. I made my own burger and ordered a regular side of fries (Which are very tasty and honestly enough for 2. Bless them for being so generous.) The atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. I didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in but the employee helping me made me not feel rushed so shout to him for being patient and offering me some recommendations. I also want to shout out Autumn for her attentiveness and superb customer service. She checked up on me and made sure I had everything I needed. Always a pleasure to see her. In conclusion if you want a good burger and generous portions served to you by a well rounded and professional group of individuals come here. Thank you again for the amazing dinner!

The GF S.O.B burgers are not disappointing in the taste department. However, they are overcrowded with toppings if you are eating in your car you will need to be careful. By the time I finished I had a whole salad of toppings leftover left in the bowl. It might just by my preference, but I don’t like when things fall out of the burger with each bite. The normal fries were $5 and honestly I was disappointed. If your gonna charge someone $5 for basic fries at least make them taste better than McDonald’s. There was not enough salt and they could of had a teeny bit more crisp to them. Overall the meal was $20 for a GF burger and basic fries in my opinion the meal was overpriced for what was given, but it wasn’t a bad experience.

The food was decent, but the value just didn’t line up with the price. We paid about $40 for two burgers, a cheese fry with bacon, and two drinks. The burgers were smaller than expected, and while the fries were plentiful, it felt more like filler than balance.
I understand a markup is necessary to maintain operations, but at this price point, I’d suggest either larger portions, higher quality ingredients, or including something extra (like a side or sauce) to make the experience feel more worthwhile. The concept is good, but for the cost, customers should walk away feeling satisfied rather than shortchanged.

Arrived for a take out order. Service was good and food came in about 10 minutes, which was nice given there were several parties waiting! Table was quite dirty. Got a bbq burger and Parmesan fries. Burger was ok, but definitely not worth $15! Tastes similar to any fresher fast food place, came in a small box, so burger is not big. I can’t even eat the Parmesan fries. Cheese smells foul and is missing parsley that it is supposed to have. Overall, I would maybe try it if it was cheaper for a better experience, but definitely not for this price

Had Da B O M and it was delicious. Had the hand cut fries (delicious ) and a small order was big enough for two people. The burger was a little small for the price, but the taste was excellent. Bacon on the burger tasted like it had been setting for awhile and not the freshest.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Not to say the food was bad or anything but to spend 40$ for two burgers (one a double) & 2 drinks on a bed of shredded lettuce to accommodate a keto diet with a couple toppings was WILD.
