Food was deep fried. Good. I was hoping for a grilled option, but did not see one. The onion rings are large and perfect! The staff was very friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere has an ’50’s feel – wholesome family style.

After having the Burgerville folks reach out about my poor experience, I tried the drive-through again. The results? Very good! Since my 2 favorite items were discontinued, I had the grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious! I opted for the Rosemary Shoestring fries, and they were fantastic as well. And it was quick service, even though it was during the same lunchtime window as before. They must have just been having a bad day back in November, which happens.
Try the Rosemary Shoestring Fries!
I’m not giving a 5 solely due to the fact that the Turkey Burger and Halibut are 86’d off the menu.
I pulled in to the drive through at 1:08. Didn’t get to the menu/ordering spot until 1:14. Didn’t get my food until 1:28. 20 minutes in the drive through line is far too long. Now there is a new menu. No Turkeyburger. Figures, one of the 2 items I usually get. What? No halibut sandwich? Swell. I opted for the now named fish sandwich. It was ok-good. The fries are soggy.
I will say that Avery at the window was so nice and friendly that it salvaged the day. I was going to say something about the wait, but she was too nice.

The food here was just what I expected. It’s a pretty good burger joint. I did enjoy the option of getting Jojos as a side. The service here was great. I haven’t been this pleasantly surprised walking into almost any restaurant in a long time. Greeted by a worker with a warm smile, kindness from everyone I spoke with, and all around, just a good professional work crew! I’m just traveling through, but if I were a local, I’d come back just because of the positive vibes here! Thanks Burgerville Team!!!

Dirty. They especially need to do a better job on the floor. Also, $.25 for a cup of water is pretty petty after spending $17-20 per person. French fries were good. Fish plater was super small.

Pretty cute little place, food is decent. It’s nice that it’s all relatively locally sourced. The harvest cider iced tea was not as good as we were hoping, my spouse thought it tasted like the dentist office, and I thought it tasted like bad milk– it strangely enough tasted a little better when I mixed the cream in, which makes me think that it’s not an issue in the flavor of the cream.
We got the vampire Slayer Burger, we were able to switch out the burger patty for a vegetarian patty, which was nice.
The person taking our order was sweet enough to put our order into combos, so as to save us some money!
The pumpkin shake is pretty good, has a slight eggnog taste (which we enjoy!).
But it was a pretty cute place with a nice social scene!

Been at this location as a young child I’m 32 now. They remodeled this location I don’t know how many years back. It is just great staff is always amazing and service of course. The burgers get the hell out of here you can’t beat it in and out can kiss my behind. The burgerville spread is iconic. Food is always fresh and quality is at the highest. Price is a little high but well worth it everytime. I live in the Seattle area and whenever I come back home I always hit up burgerville I love it and always miss it.

Drive thru has become a chore just to decline the tip. When you don’t tip, you don’t get a “have a nice day” you get, “here is your food” then they walk away. How come their prices keep getting more expensive at a significant rate more than their competitors? It’s cheaper to goto Red Robin and get endless fries than it is to just get a burger at burgerville.

Service was really great. My daughter got raw chicken strips though. Very raw and cold in the center. We lost our appetite and I took our order back. The lady manager took great care of the situation, immediately concerned and explained that the chicken should be arriving pre-cooked. She was in SHOCK. She refunded the order in full and offered anything else, I just took a sprite to go for my queasy stomach.
I hope this was resolved internally and with corporate.
My message specifically to the Burgerville employees in Camas, it’s important to ensure we are following the law regarding checking the internal food temperature, pre cooked or not… this is why we check the internal temperature, period. Because this kind of thing does happen.
You live and you learn, I am understanding of mistakes and I was not mean towards this establishment and was actually so embarrassed to bring the food back. But nonetheless, I won’t go back somewhere that served me raw chicken, it just leaves a really bad taste in your mouth, ya know?
I will say the rest of the food was great. Although I did order a 4 pc fish n chips that only came with ONE measly slice of lemon. A little bit stingy lol.
