Reasonable food but no consistency. Last time I visited with family, the burgers were much jucier, this time they were pretty average and took them plenty of time to complete the order (plus, there was only one lady taking orders and running around). She forgot to provide us the two milkshakes we had ordered and my kids waited for almost 10-15 mins after their meal was delivered, before the lady realized.
All in all, the experience was a little above average.

The burgers were very tasty, the spices in the meat set them apart from any smash burger in Brantford. Loved the fries and the onion rings. And the beef bacon was delicious. I would definitely come again if I’m in the area.

Tried this place after seeing a rave review on TikTok. The place has a cool vibe and the staff were friendly.
The burger was good. Toasted bun, cooked well but the spice they used in the beef I could not place. It almost tasted sweet but leaves an aftertaste on the tongue. Fries were ok, the sauce they came with is really good.
Overall experience was good and I may try it again if I’m in the area.

Best burger ever!!! I finally had the chance to try out BurgerTone and it absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the unique and fun atmosphere. With a cool layout and plenty of seating, it made it super easy to relax and enjoy the experience. I ordered both the Jazz Burger and the Classic Burger, and they were honestly some of the best burgers I’ve ever had because of how juicy, flavorful, and well cooked they were.
What really stood out to me, besides the amazing food, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. They were quick without rushing us, and super helpful with recommendations, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.
I couldn’t have asked for a better burger experience. If you’re anywhere near BurgerTone, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it!

It was a wonderful burger restaurant. The service was excellent, even though it’s a counter-service establishment. The cashier was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering valuable advice on menu choices.
We ordered four burgers and some sides, but the cashier helpfully suggested a family meal for four, which provided more food for the same price.
I believe it’s a family-owned and -operated business.
The atmosphere and decor were pleasant. They had drums hanging from the ceiling and a counter decorated with piano keys.
I don’t usually drink soda, but I was pleased to try the 7 Up Zero. It was my first time seeing and trying it.
There was ample parking in the plaza. Plenty of seating was available. It appeared that they conduct a significant portion of their business through delivery apps, as many drivers arrived for pickups while we were there.
The portions were generous. The poutine was very good. The fries were okay, the usual as expected, as were the onion rings..

I stopped by Burgertone in Burlington and had a really good experience. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and full of flavour — definitely one of the better spots in the area. What really stood out, though, was the service from Abdul.
He was welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell he enjoys what he does because he goes the extra mile to make customers feel taken care of. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days.
Overall, great food and even better service. I’d definitely come back, and I’d highly recommend asking for Abdul if you visit.

Can’t recommend this place enough! The flavor is honestly 10/10, seriously some of the best burgers around. I really appreciate how clean they keep the restaurant too; it just feels good eating there. The ambience is super cozy and the food is consistent every time I visit.

My friends and I went here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had burgers and poutine and it was phenomenal! The meat was incredibly juicy and all the vegetables were very fresh. The food arrived quickly and we were so impressed by the quality and customer service. Also, the atmosphere and decor was so enjoyable. The music playlist was also top tier! If you are ever in town, this is definitely a must try!!! Wish they had a branch in Hamilton!
