We’re big believers in burgers n’ fries being a tasty canvas to showcase all kinds of fun and craziness. We believe food can create powerful emotions and memories that can last forever. We want to be your BFF, no matter where you’re from, or what you believe in. We feature AAA Angus chuck patties that are handballed and smashed to form a juicy patty with a beautiful crust on brioche buns. We hand-cut and double fry PEI russet potatoes and make all of our sauces in house. Our menu is fully halal and has vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free options. After all, what are BFFs for!

Nice burger joint right in the heart of downtown. The seating area was nice and spacious. Prices are competitive. Burger was average I’d say. Fries were good.
But the milkshake was great.
It’s also great to find a fast food shop in downtown that have 100% halal menu.

It was the best choice for having a proper, satisfying meal. The staff’s attitude, the burger itself, the fact that it’s halal, how fresh everything was . honestly, it’s the best burger I’ve had. It gives you a luxury-food vibe but at a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend trying it. They also have Happy Day on Mondays.
The burger, the fries, and the sauces , everything is excellent in terms of portion size, quality, and price. This place is outstanding overall.

Great burgers and fries! Food is always fresh and tasty, and the sauces are really good. Staff is friendly and service is quick even when it’s busy. Definitely one of the best burger spots around. Highly recommended!

Super delicious and juicy halal burgers. I got The Shroom with double patty and fries. Fries are great, but the burger was incredible. The Shroom has a garlic sauce and the mushrooms are fried in garlic oil (as informed by the cook) which all comes together to taste amazing.
I paid $21 total for the burger and fries which is a bit on the expensive side, but it’s also not a typical fast food restaurant so I think the price is fairly justified. Service was really great, the server helped suggest different options, and they’re really friendly. As well as coming to check halfway through the meal if everything was good (it was).
Overall really juicy and flavourful burgers with great service.

The burgers and fries here are absolutely amazing! I was especially happy to see the new vegetarian burger on the menu it finally gives great options for people like me. The staff was very polite, the service was quick, and the overall experience was really pleasant. This is definitely a must-visit spot for vegetarians in Ottawa. It’s great to finally have a tasty and satisfying vegetarian choice! ✨

Burger is mid, fries are good but over salted, and milkshake is definitely McDonald’s quality rather than real ice cream. But the worst is the lack of cleanliness. The toilet was disgusting. I spilled my cup of water and alerted the waitresses, who nodded her head and stared into space. About 15 mins later she noticed and dragged a cloth across the floor with her foot and left it as a trip hazard. Could be a good place but staff need some training and someone needs to clean more. Staff are polite but not all there.

I ordered a regular Aloo tikki combo with fries. I didn’t specify for smash aloo patty, it tasted bad with lots of sauce in it. There was no customer in the store yet it took 20mins to serve.

I just want to start by saying that I love the burgers and fries here, they’re always delicious. However, I’ve had a recurring issue when ordering through Uber eats. The fries are packaged in an open, regular fry container, which isn’t ideal for delivery?? By the time the order arrives, the fries have usually spilled all over the bag, leaving me with little to none left.
It’s especially disappointing considering the fries are around $7 (before taxes and fees). I’ve given it several chances, but this keeps happening. Using a closed takeout box or more secure packaging would make a BIG difference AND it’s the bare minimum for delivery orders. I really hope this gets improved because the food itself is great.
