First time coming to this restaurant. Since they are primarily outside eating, they are seasonal. They are closed during the winter months. They do have a small indoor eating areas, but most of the place is exterior. The setting is very cool, with an outside stage and games. The food was very good. We got a variety of burgers, and they were all very good. The portions are huge and the pricing is pretty decent for what you get. Service was good too.

This place is an absolute amazing hidden gem oasis with a beachy outdoorsy vibe! McKenzie was super sweet as our server and answered all our newbie questions. Food was good and beers were cold. What more could you ask for. Will definitely be back ! Oh yeah the banana Pb cheesecake was to die for and I ate it before I remembered to snap a pic… it’s that good.

Wow. I’d heard good things but the experience itself blew the expectations out of the water! The Surfing Cow specifically is – unquestionably – the single best burger I’ve ever had even after living in multiple states and having visited nearly every state in the contiguous 48. Everyone is super friendly, the location is easy to get in and out of…..we are definitely going to be regulars. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Stumbled upon this place on my way to Rehoboth and it casually turned out to be THE best burger place i ever had the pleasure of trying. i got the mac and cheese smash burger with ranch and buffalo and was immediately sent to heaven. So sad i don’t live close-by as this would totally be my new go to place. MUST TRY!!!

So glad we found this place! Passed it on our way to stay at the SpringHill Suites and checked out the rave reviews… this place lives up to the hype!! Great, delicious smash burgers with lots of variety; best wings I’ve ever had, amazing no-filler crab cake and outstanding onion rings!!! We’ve been back twice and already looking forward to another trip. The staff is so friendly, efficient and cheerful. It’s a family-owned business (mother and son) and they work their business flawlessly and you can see the whole team feels like family. Each trip in our server has been the owner, Jamie! She’s pure sunshine and works just as hard as her staff..RESPECT mama! Do yourself a favor and stop in for great food, awesome vibe, live music and a damn good time!!

Super cool place. All the shipping containers, in my opinion, made it super rad. They also had the owners dog there, which I thought was cool. The bar area is also a real cool looking hang out.
They had a free bingo night there while I was there, which was cool. You could win a little bit of cash, stickers of the logo, or a coozy. I thought that was a great give back to the community.
The staff was all friendly and attentive. No qualms there.
My one non food related issue was the soap dispenser in the bathroom. When activated, it produced the tiniest little glob of soap. Far from adequate for a hand cleansing. Obviously, you can get as many globs as needed, but who feels like activating the soap dispenser 6 times? The plus side months bathroom is, they have a mondo cool door! I really dug the door.
I did not think the burger I got was that good. It was very average.
They also do not have fountain soda, which in my opinion is super whack. A soda is $2.50 (which is fair for a bottled soda, that’s about what one costs anywhere), with no refills of coarse, since they only have bottles. Me, as a real thirsty guy, need several refills per sitting. Yeah, water is free, but who wants to drink a lame water while eating a burger?
Lastly, fries are an upcharge. This is super whack in my opinion as well. The fries were nothing special, unfortunately. They also were very average. For them being upcharged, I was expecting a super tasty fry.
Overall, I’d go again if someone invited me. I would not choose to go here again, though.
