The food came out Hot, it looked so delicious and it tasted AMAZING! What a surprising treat to have such tasty food.
The service was excellent! Our server was Sana, she was a pure delight and had the Best smile and made us feel so welcome. In a world where service doesn’t always come with a smile anymore… This gal knocked it out of the park! It was a delightful experience from the friendly hostess at the door all the way to the food runners. Even the music… So cool.
Don’t wait to try this place… You won’t be disappointed. Cant wait to come back!

Second time coming to this location- another incredible experience! Food, drinks, service from Sena and team were top notch. Give the new menu a try – you won’t be disappointed! We had two new mocktails after our meals the Sunset Bloom and Night Shift , both were excellent!

Wow! The food was sooo good. Everything we tried was incredible, and the portions were very complete. But the best part of all was the service: the staff was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We loved everything about this place and truly enjoyed the experience. Location: the location is intimate but kinda hidden. Very cute inside
Service: no wait, and the service was pretty decent.
Ambience/Crowd: seems to be a family friendly place, good for small groups
Food/drink : 8/10 the blue cheese fries were my favorite! Burgers are huge I could’ve split mine with someone else

I was excited to try this place, but I was a little disappointed.
My wife and I each had a burger and were going to share fries. We got the burgers well done and they cooked them to a crisp. The fries had a very odd and off putting taste to them like they were cooked in a different type of oil or maybe the oil was too cold or not clean. I’m not sure, but I couldn’t eat them and fortunately the waiter took them off.
I kept getting g a very strong smell that I couldn’t tell what it was coming from, but it was very repulsive.
The biggest highlight was the staff as the food was not something I would try again.

Sana was great, as our server. We asked for our burgers to be medium rare, but they were cooked a bit more than we would have likes, but they were still juicy and delicious. My fried egg was cooked just as requested, and I substituted the cilantro aioli with another one on the side and it was very good. We would definitely come back if we were in Miami and Brickell.

Found this gem when looking for a quick burger spot on google. The location is really cool, with the elevated tram-rail passing by above the street, right below a skyscraper. Exactly giving you that “downtown” feeling. Casually welcomed by an employee who invited us to be seated outside or inside, to our choice. The inside was clean, cosy and had a sort of urban look about it. Looked really cool. The menu had some good choices (come on guys, the ‘el vato’ really needs at least 2 spicy icons on the menu with that much jalapeno on it!) with some great classic dishes and some unique. I had the “El Vato” which had so much jalapeno on it, I won’t be able to kiss my kids goodnight for 3 days without raising child-protection service suspicion. Joking aside, it was one hell of a good burger, and the cook had it done exactly the way I was asked how I wanted it. One slight setback, was the addition of cheese on the sweet potato fries, even though I specifically asked for the burger to be prepared without cheese. Should’ve rang a bell. But the burger was so good I decided it won’t cost a star on the rating. It wasn’t busy on a regular thursday, and we were asked if everything was good for us at just the right intervals, these guys know hospitality. Overall 5/5 experience, these guys really are the burger meisters.

If you’re in Brickell, Miami and dont want to pay 100 per plate for your meal but you still want something delicious, filling, and to get great service you don’t want to miss Burgermeister! They absolutely live up to their name serving towering burgers with amazing ingredients. The burgers were tender and filled with flavor. Their truffle fried were incredible, perfectly crispy and with real slices of truffle on them! After we were done eating I was about to get up to wash my hands of the juices and seasoning when our server brought us steamed hot towels too. Truly a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back!

We are cruising out of Miami and decided to go out for dinner and landed on Burgermeister! It was beyond delicious and the service was phenomenal.
