I bought 2 burgers today , I have attached the invoice. Also I have attached the pic of the package . I was charged ₹25 extra as “ take away bag” .
I didn’t get the bill when I payed , later when I was leaving I asked for the bill to the guy at the counter , he said they won’t give bill for pick up orders. After I insisted to give me bill and then he gave the bill , so I got little bit suspicious. So I am writing to let you know and also I would like to know ,is it the policy to charge ₹25 extra as take away bag ? For parcels ?

Not a hygienic place , this place is spoiling burgerman’s reputation. The burgers were soggy and cold. When asked about it they told that’s how it is. Washroom was locked and the place was stinking. Not a good place , don’t waste your money and time here.

Tried their chicken chilli steak gourmet burger it was a decent one and the meat was well cooked. Try their chicken nachos if you’re a group of 3+ it’s too much for two people I would say.
I ordered Bourbon Ale a soda variety they had trust me I’ve never had something like that before ( neither good nor bad ) it’s a proper whiskey flavoured soda, just give it a try.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were served the wrong food despite clearly placing our order, and instead of correcting the mistake professionally, the staff handled the situation with disrespect.
Serving the wrong food is one common thing.
After bringing the mistake to their attention, the MANAGER told us that since we had already started eating, they “couldn’t do anything” except give us the remaining food. No apology, no replacement
This level of disrespect is unacceptable. Avoid if you care about basic customer service.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic courtesy and professionalism.

Worst experience today at burger man, no respect for customers and taste is also not good. They misplaced the order among two customers . People like them are spoiling the experience of the customers we left the restaurant. Manager was not even apologetic for the mistake and kept on talking supporting the staff for mistake.

This is a great place to hang out with friends. The ambiance is amazing and I loved the burgers, but something seems to be missing. I’m not sure if it’s the taste of the meat or the sauces. It would be great if they could add some beef burgers to the menu.
