In unserem Restaurant sucht ihr euch euren Hamburger an unseren Tablets selbst aus, verändert ihn nach eurem Geschmack und genießt ein Burgererlebnis, wie ihr es noch nicht erlebt habt! Neben unserer reichhaltigen Hamburger-Auswahl haben wir selbstverständlich auch viele vegetarische Gerichte. Bitte beachtet, dass wir keine Tischreservierungen annehmen. Sollte einmal kein Platz frei sein, so geht es nach einer kurzen Wartezeit an der Bar sofort los. Pretty okay burger. Menu, ordering, and payment all done on your phone. The bacon cheeseburger was fine. The chips were good with a side of mayo. Food came out quick – which tells me the burgers were precooked and just reheated before serving.

Went back to Burgerlich after 3 years to see if it still hits. Short answer, it does. If anything, it feels slightly better than before.
I ordered the Burgerlich Bacon Cheese, also known as The Hearty One. Toasted bun, two juicy patties totaling 180g, spicy cheddar, crispy bacon, homemade burger sauce and BBQ sauce. Veggies were removed and an egg was added because priorities.
The meat quality is very good. Juicy, well seasoned, and seared properly with a beautiful crust. The egg was a perfect sunny side up, which is my favorite style. Once that yolk breaks, it turns into a sauce on its own and takes the burger to another level. Bacon was spot on, crispy on the edges with a nice chewy bite in the middle. I did not feel the cheese much, but I am sure it was there doing its job quietly. The sauces were flavorful and tied everything together nicely without overpowering the meat.
Overall, this is a very solid and satisfying burger. Consistent quality like this is exactly why Burgerlich is so popular in Hamburg. They have several branches around the city, and based on this visit, it is still very much worth stopping by.

Overall I’d say the atmosphere and the service was good, the food was alright , nothing special about it , just a normal standard burger , the buns were a bit dry but the taste was good. Thick potatoes were good, the thin ones not so much..

This place so far is one of the best places I have been to. The food is amazing, service is fast and the ambience is excellent. It was not very crowded given that it was a Sunday afternoon. The burger is surely one of the best burgers I have tried in my life. With much skepticism, ordered a milk shake. It was perfect as well. I would definitely give this place a go whenever I am in Hamburg again.

Best hamburger in Hamburg by a Hamburger. Very nice burger, paddy was perfect, perfect amount of cheese, perfect amount of fat, just enough without getting to greasy. They know there stuff, and the ordering system was quite cool, a screen lifts up out of the table(yeh I know, right).
So if you’re looking for the best Hamburger in Hamburg(and the world) this is the place!

Very nice place with a good atmosphere and very nice staff. You need to order with the tablets which are hidden in the table, its really nice. We also liked the fact that we can personalize our burger as we want. We took a cheeseburger and a quinoa burger, both were delicious and big enough for a big hunger. The homemade limonade was also tasty. Best part is that the prices are not super expensive! Definitely a good burger place!
