Vibe- There’s plenty of places to sit inside. It was clean when I went and the tables are clearly labeled with a sign that says “sanitized” for the tables that have been cleaned.
Customer service- Great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in.
Food/drinks- I did the trio and got the falafel patty on all 3 burgers (they were each a great serving size, I could have done the duo and got 2 and been satisfied). I do wish the price was more reasonable but you pay for quality.
Parking- Good amount in front of building.

It’s been a few months since I last ordered from BurgerIM Sienna. I was utterly disappointed. The meat was flat and dry. Everything else was greasy. Onion rings are fried batter with no onion. I called to voice my concern about the quality of the food, and I was basically dismissed. I spoke to the GM and before I could complete my sentences she was cutting me off. Her excuse is they replaced the patty on the kid’s burger–that’s why they’re flat. I didn’t have the opportunity to explain what else was wrong with my order. I was extended an offer to replace the food but I won’t be back. Sadly, BurgerIM is no longer the neighborhood gem it used to be.

Food was ok. Kids menu is a great value. Like disappointed by the service. Charged $1.25 for dressing that was supposed to come with the salad and had to remind server of food that we ordered but did not receive at first.

Good and convenient location for those who don’t want to travel far out of sienna for food.
I was given wrong order and problem was resolved within minutes- the packing should be handled better- customer’s name and what they order should be placed outside the bag for checking. Staffed failed to check before giving food to customer.
They were friendly tho!!

Burger was 8/10 , reasonable price – bacon wasn’t so crunchy but ok.
Loaded fries was on point 7.5/10
Chicken wings 6 pieces almost 10 dollars and tasted likes costco frozen wings with some flavor added on which I find it errrrr. (4.5/10)
Will come back for more burgers.

The drinks were not fountain drinks but canned drinks but that wasn’t a negative impact because they offered free refills or unlimited drinks.

First time and last time at Burger IM. Bun was rock hard and flat from toaster. Cajun fries are nothing more then regular fries with season salt added.

This place was pretty good and at least has options for different eaters including vegetarians, vegans etc. They pair their burgers with fries which is standard and a better choice instead of chips that will get rancid during packaging like some places I will not name. They are fairly quick and will prepare your food for you fresh while you wait. You can even call ahead and order in advance if you would like so that it will be ready once you arrive for pickup. Most of the workers that assisted us was nice and friendly. Make condiments and napkins readily accessible so that customers can get what they need without having to bother the workers or make request for these necessity items. Our ordered stated it came with a brownie which is why many selected the offering but we have never received the brownie with our order. We have only seen a small cookie with the combo in the bag.

I ordered food through a third-party delivery service.
I called when the food was delayed 30 mins (received it an hour after I ordered it) and offered to pick it up myself.
The first employee I spoke to was rude and repeated “it wasn’t our fault” and that the food had be laying out 20 mins because the driver was late.
Then he told me he would talk to a supervisor.
Then I called back after he didnt. Some rude lady talked over me and told me to call the third-party delivery service.
That service returned my money.
The “manager” of BurgerIM messaged me to confirm that it wasnt their fault and accused me of being rude to her employee.
Moral of the story – subpar food (overcooked lamb burgers, vinegar-y wings, soggy fries) and very strange attitude with regard to customer service. Spent about 80 USD

Met the owner at another food event and she invited me to stop in for a meal and that I did. Nice cozy joint. When you walk in you are greeted by excellent servers. Clean with a dinner feel. There are other menu items but I can to BurgerIM for a nice home made burger and shake! Boy did this place deliver. Nice size patties, flavored, juicy, with a strawberry shake made with real ice cream. First time I was given complimentary water cold and in a bottle! Now that is service. Restrooms very clean too! Food hot made to order with little wait time. Not crowded during the week. When I told the owner how nice my visit was she only could say “we want customers happy!” Mission accomplished BurgersIM! I already have recommended the place to several of my coworkers at Ridge Point Hs! Oh by the way it was nice to see students from that HS working here that had great customer service manners!
