We went for some dole whip and found it. We got the dole whip and the dole whip float both were absolutely delicious. The location had good parking, clean location, friendly and professional staff, indoor and outdoor seating. They have good food options with fair prices. The service was good and quick. The potion size was good. Ten out of ten totally recommend and you can get dole whip swirl and as a cocktail.

I’m glad this place is so close to my house. We will be coming here more often. We ordered the Spanish beef burger with garlic aioli fries and cheese w/bacon fries to go. It was delicious! Customer service is good too. Next time we want to have some beers with our burgers and hang at the patio area. It looks nice!

Drive by the place and saw a special for beers. The draft beer happy hour was $3 from 3-6. Also wanted to treat my kid to a pineapple dole whip which is a bit hard to find outside of Disney theme parks. Anyway, the person at the register was nice enough to give my daughter some samples of the soft serve to try. We ended up getting a cup of the swirl. Have yet to try their burgers but it’s possible that they are good. This restaurant is a bit hidden and tucked away on the ground floor of a residential complex so might be a little hard to see if you don’t know it’s there. Will update when I try their burgers next time.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had during the COVID time.
Our household still try to buy meals so to help support businesses. We saw the flyer for Burgerim, and decided to try out this new burger place down the street.
However, our order was taken by an employee that obviously new and do not know how to take orders, and later on assisted by a manager that also has a weird work ethic.
We came with a coupon that stated “buy one get one free” of the same order. The item they took off from our bill is the cheapest item (fries), that we ordered one only, not two; which should not be qualified for the “buy one get one free” regime.
We ordered other items in twos, same burgers, same combos. We later on asked how they interpret the “buy one get one free” coupon, she responded they will take off the cheapest item from the bill….. wait, what?
Well we went home with the order anyways (since you don’t reason with people who have no idea what they are doing). Got home, our order was missing a burger. It was such a hassle we just finished our meal, and went out for McDonald’s afterwards!
Burgers- bland taste, patty was lukewarm and bun was cold… how?
Chicken burger – have a weird texture to it
Fries (round cuts)- super salty
Sweet potato fries- ok since it’s just heated from frozen batch

Our first time at BurgerIM. The food was prepared quickly and it was really tasty! We enjoyed the chicken wings with Garlic Parmesan sauce, the Club Burger, and sweet potato fries. The girl who took our order was nice and friendly.

I was very Happy with this place. We have driven by so many times and never stopped. So we decided to stop in today. We were very pleased! The hamburger was good. The sweet Potatoe fries were good. I also bought a PINEAPPLE DOLE SWIRL SOFT SERVE! I ♥ IT!!!!!Yummy to my tummy!!!! The place was clean and the young lady at the front was super sweet! I highly recommend this place! They have HAMBURGERS, HOTDOGS, FRIES, MILKSHAKES, ICE CREAM, Sodas, Beers, and They also have CHURROS!!!!!! Yummy!!!! They also have flavored DOLE SWIRL !!!!! They have an outside patio I think with TV’s. Looks good for a large gathering like Birthdays, meetings or after sports game meet up. Check them out! I was very happy that I tried them out! Definitely going back!

Burgers were fresh and very tasty, but weren’t as yuuuge as I thought they would be, but that’s OK, they tasted great. Fries were also cooked to perfection. Got a Dole Whip with pineapple juice to finish off a great meal. Will definitely be back again!
