Restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. Got the family box and it was more than 3 of us could eat. The sliders are pretty good, not the absolute best, but still good quality. And they had multiple styles to choose from. We will be back again.

I agree with another reviewer on here. I like the fries more than the burger. Nothing special about the sandwich. Was a little pricey and kind of tough. Almost reminds me of a microwave frozen burger patty.

We were amazed at the customer service of Burgerim. The restaurant was closing at ten but we were unaware that it was a sit down restaurant so we called.
Immediately the gentleman on the phone said that even though they were closing in five minutes they would be happy to do a large take out order.
When we arrived they kindly brought chairs out for us to sit and wait. They gentlemen who worked there were attentive, kind, in no rush (even though we were there after closing time) and assured we were comfortable waiting.
The burgers were a hit in our home.
My husband loved them! He ate a couple in the car (they are smaller sized burgers) and requested two more when we got home!
Will definitely go back with my husband so we can try all the varieties of burgers and their chicken wings.
It’s a very clean establishment as well.

Soft opening here was amazing and the food was incredible but now it’s gone down in quality. My burgers were cold and I asked for medium and all were well done. I probably won’t be coming back. I had high hopes but it seems to be going down. Prices are way too high for what you get. One thing though, service is great there is no doubt.

First visit. I got a Spanish burger, Caliente style, very good, spicy but not too much. Also had the dry aged burger, Cowboy style. I didn’t like the beef that way. Onion rings are good, I didn’t like the fries. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate outside in a pleasant spot.

I LOVE going here to eat! Good clean environment. The burger patties are so tasty. I always get a triple order of the sliders. The dry aged beef is my favorite, and the Spanish beef is probably a close second. Sweet potato fries are my go to side.
This is one of the only places around that I know of locally that has wagyu beef too, so if that’s something you’d like to try, they’ve got it! I think its extra tasty with the mixed greens, Swiss cheese, and avocado, personally. I highly recommend!

This was my first experience with the chain. Admittedly, I was confused and overwhelmed by the ordering process, but the hostess helped me out with the burger calculus. I opted for the large single burger with a side of regular fries, which are sliced potatoes at this restaurant. I would prefer crisper potatoes, but they tasted good and were made even better with the addition of Cajun spice. I would eat there again. The burger had great flavor.

I agree with most other reviews. Had I read them first. I would not have even bothered. Fries were the only saving grace. The cashier should inform you,that have to actually wait the 28 days for the aged beef… I wandered what others were ordering to be given those small boxes. Then it was our turn. Huh,, they ordered the same as us!!!. Oh ,,,Coke was good……. one lady got her money back. We got our food ,or snack before hers and she ordered before us. Literally in the top 10 worst meals I have had. I normally don’t write reviews but the bacon on my husbands burger was the consultancy of a dog treat and the meat grade is what I ate in my high school cafeteria. The fries are the only saving grace of this place. They are tasty but everything was served cold. I feel completely robbed for the price I paid.
