The worst fries of my life !!! it was supposed to be dinner for my son !!! burned! and both the potatoes and the chicken with the burnt flavored … I do not recommend it at all !!!

A lunch at this burger place at Sawgrass Mill Mall. First time to try and I like their small burger and fries that comes with a drink for $5.99. You got an option of changing the fried egg to tomato and lettuce which I did. The burger maybe small but it was really good taste. The place is small and you only have a few people can seat inside but you can take it out and the food court is just beside the place. I am surely going to try it again and I’ll bring some friends.

We experienced an awesome lunch at Burger IM in the Sawgrass Mall. We had the Hawaiian Salmon Burger, the Spanish Burger, and a Grilled Chicken Caeser Salad. The flavors were off the chain, all with very different and unusual combinations creating new found favorites. Absolutely adore this place! 10/10 would recommend, very innovative.

Pretty disappointed. Purchased a Groupon … so my Pricing was generally ok. Total cost was still about $10 for a 1/3 lb burger, drink, and half sweet potato fries and half onion rings.
This location doesn’t have the 3-pack varieties, and the digital menu is extremely vague and doesn’t explain anything.
My burger was extremely well done … “charred” is a better term. The sweet potato fries were gooey and undercooked. The 3 onion rings were good !
I would have been much more disappointed if I paid full price – which would have been $15.

The service was really great and it’s a nice concept. Unfortunately, the burgers themselves were super disappointing. Super tiny, and the patty was all dried out and way over cooked. Pretty much cafeteria style burgers with specialty toppings.

My wife and I visited BURGER IM Saturday, March 15, 2020, at 5 pm at the Sawgrass Mall. We had purchased a Groupon to try it out. The Groupon was $9 out of pocket and was good for $15.00 worth of food. We purchased two sandwiches with two sides and two drinks. According to their menu pricing, it should have been no more than $24 not including tax. The bill was $30. I told the manager I was confused how they derived at that math. She told me with the Groupon everything is charged individually. The sandwiches are between $8 and $9 and a side and a drink were $3. After we left I checked the Groupon and there was no such fine print. I ended up spending more money with Groupon. The Groupon cost was $9 and after the Groupon was deducted I had a balance of $17 and small change at the store. Overall, my total was $26 and their menu pricing would have been a total of $24. Obviously this was disappointing. During our visit, there were only a few customers. When we received our food our sandwiches were fine but the fries were not hot and fresh. No one had come over to ask how everything was. Obviously this was not a good first impression. Based on our entire experience we would not recommend BURGER IM in Sawgrass Mall.

I’ve been burgerim before but that’s definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had for trying to dine in a restaurant.First of all they didn’t had half of the menu, but we still decided to dine in. They did so many mistakes that even though we repeat our order at least 4 times, the worst part was that the cashier that was also our server was so rude about her mistake! She had to blame us about her mistakes!! I never got to a situation that I’m not willing to get service from a server in a restaurant before and when I asked to return and get my money back they would still instead to argue with me. And still we haven’t got a full refund for our order because we was snacking the sides while we waited for them to fix our burgers.

I saw a lady eating onion rings from here so I ordered the some..also tried the Salmon burger…it was sooo good..never had anything like it. They also have a halal burger..I’m going to try that next. The burgers on the menu arent ordinary burgers..adds a little variety..The food is made to order which I appreciate..
