I’ve been going to BurgerHaus with my family for a-while, maybe since they opened who knows, I can’t remember. There prices have definitely risen up from the past years, but we can’t complain. (Like $60 for chicken tenders, 2 burgers)Their food is always good, burger – juicy, them parmesan fries – HEAVENLY. Ugh and there mac and cheese with PANCO CRUMBS UGH. Their service is pretty good, takes like 30-40 minutes though.. I really would want to try every appetizer on that menu, but sometimes portions can be confusing. But, if it was a smudge bit cheaper. Instead of a once or twice a year, It would be a once a month typa thing with my fam. i like burger haus and you should too.

This was a pretty darn good burger spot. I got the Cozumel burger which tasted great. For my side I got the sweet potato fries with cinnamon sugar definitely some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve had.
The reason for the 4 star was due to the service. The restaurant wasn’t that busy, I got a table right away BUT after they sat me at the table, I was sitting there for 15 minutes before the waitress came by to ask what I want to drink. After I ordered my food, it took about 15-20 minutes to get my food.
Overall the food was great and it’s definitely worth a try for anyone looking for a good burger spot/bar/hangout.

Environment and ambiance was nice, not at all like a busy bar food restaurant. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and it outranked every other restaurant I’ve been to! Absolutely delicious!! I got the Aussie burger and my partner got the Vienna, he enjoyed his very much no complaints! The only grievance I had about mine is that it was pretty bland, I had to add salt and pepper to my burger. Otherwise really good place to visit, we left full and satisfied! I can’t wait to visit again.

Chilli was tasty and had a pleasant kick of spice. The cheese is tepid, and I wish it had melted. I think they could add oyster crackers for a great texture.
While the burger itself was tasty, I felt that the components were lacking in their “burger of the month.” The kimchi was excellent, but it didn’t taste as wonderful as I was used to.

Had a late lunch (3 o’clock). Got a beer and a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were served hot. The burger was juicy. Omar was very polite. Had a great experience.

I really enjoyed the food here. The best thing I ate here was the freshly fried portobello mushroom straws. It took awhile to come out but I think it was worth the wait. I ordered The Haus burger and finished every bite. My friend also ordered the Haus burger but made it vegan with their impossible patty and pretzel bun. The onion rings weren’t that great and the French fries were under seasoned.
The staff were friendly but we didn’t get the greatest service. Our drink was almost served to the table that sat down after us and no one really checked on us after our food was served. It was starting to get busy so I’m sure if I came around a less busier time we would’ve received better service.

Greeted quickly upon entering the restaurant and drink orders were taken quickly. Not lots to choose from on the menu. Everything was very bland. Best part of the meal was the French fries! Waitress was slow to bring check and never came to check on us. They were not super busy and I can definitely tell why. In the area they are in I could name 5 better places to get food that is cheaper and faster. We informed the waitress she let us know she is aware the food is very bland and has had mixed reviews. That’s interesting considering she is serving food in the same place she doesn’t recommend eating the food. Disappointing….. Sasha is not very good at this and should find something new to do with that purple hair.
Handles in the bathroom for the faucet are broken.
This restaurant seems like it has no leadership, I’d recommend staying away.

(I’m using my husband’s account) My daughter and I met a friend and her son today at Burger Haus. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food looked great, tasted great and they were very accommodating with my daughter’s tomato allergy. Thank you, Burger Haus!
