Been trying to get over here for months and I gotta say I thought the food was fantastic. First time in and I had the prime rib burger, the bacon cheeseburger and the urban style fries (fries with Parmesan, herbs and garlic aioli). The burgers were very flavorful (yea, I regretted ordering 2 lol) – the prime rib was juicy and the horseradish sauce really gave it that punch I was looking for. The bacon wasn’t greasy which I can appreciate but also had a good crunch to it. The fries on their own are delicious. While I do dabble with some garlic aioli, i felt there was a lot of sauce on the fries which, don’t get me wrong if you’re ordering sauced fries that’s what you’re there for, but it’s a lot of garlic flavor so I think next time I’m gonna go for the cheese fries instead. All in all, everything was great and I’m already thinking about what to try next time.
The dining room is quite spacious however there isn’t much in place *currently* to block out the sun so it can get real bright in there during the evenings.

I’ve always loved trying new Burger Spots around me. This one is definitely different from the others in the area. I took one star from them only because of a problem I had with my burger bun. Obviously, bread has a short lifespan, and people can overlook things when there’s a rush. In a perfect world, we wouldn’t have to worry about checking our food, but the world isn’t perfect. However, I calmly brought my concerns to the women near the counter and asked for a fresh bun. Her face looked so concerned, she took the tray and told me she would take care of everything. I had to wait another 6 or 7 minutes, and a fresh burger was brought out to me. She told me that they checked all the bread just to be safe. She apologized a few more times and asked if I would write a review. “Gladly,” I replied! The important thing to remember from my experience is that everyone is capable of mistakes, but it takes true professionalism to make things right.

Fantastic food, let me first say. I was kind of skeptical, lots of burger joints open. They’re a dime a dozen. Not here though. I got the chicken, it’s delicious. I had mushrooms and haystack onions and bacon and Mayo added, my husband got the CEO burger added mushrooms and onions and it is so freakin good. We got truffle parm and herb fries, divine. Give this place a try it’s so worth it. We WILL be back. It hits the SPOT! Also, customer service is top notch. I see and hope for a long and bright future in strongsville for them!

We waited about 5 mins to order then another 45 mins after ordering food for 3 burgers and 2 shakes. Burgers were cold when handed to us and not cooked thoroughly. Shakes were spilled everywhere and were supposed to be chocolate but ended up being just vanilla. Cashier wouldn’t take a coupon even though it was valid, we understand this place is new but the cashier didn’t have a clue what he was doing. He was answering the phone, helping employees cook food and spilling shakes, and standing around while the other two employees were just standing over the grills not prepping anything we had ordered or the party who ordered before us. You could see our food on the screen, they waited until the cashier came over to help them cook to begin cooking our food. Terrible food. Terrible service. Terrible place. $50 wasted. I would definitely eat somewhere else! This was awful.

First time trying this place and was excited pictures look good especially the fries.. well not my fries,. The fries (all 3 orders of fries) were completely soggy dark and limp just nasty. My burgers were perfect but unfortunately my fries and my sons fries were just not edible . Here’s the picture of the fries. I thought I would get fries as pictured on the website or even like most reviews on here other peoples fries look better

High prices for mediocre burgers and soggy fries. Patties tasted frozen, fries have a texture like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for a day. Nothing was terrible tasting but it was just…meh. $41 for two people to eat a meal with a burger a fry and a drink. (Drinks were one fountain drink and a mocha shake). $5 for a side of fries. Everything is a la carte. The only plus was the staff was efficient and were friendly and the restaurant was well kept and clean. Not blaming the staff at all. Just…meh.

Ordered the Rodeo burger, Cajun fries and chicken wings. Burger was delicious, large fries were huge! Two of us could barely finish them and chicken wings were extra crispy just the way we like them. Definitely going to order again. BUT do not use the delivery thru the app. They are at the mercy of DoorDash. The individual restaurant does not have a choice. Our food was never delivered – the manager had our food remade and my husband went and picked it up. Thank you Freud for making things right with our order.

First time trying BurgerFi today and I was pleased. The staff was friendly and service was fast. Food was hot and fresh and portions were a good size. And the giant onion rings were like none I had ever had before, fresh cut and made to order. Atmosphere was clean and modern. And the Coke Freestyle machine was an unexpected bonus 🙂

We visited here on a Friday evening around 7pm for carry out. The restaurant was pretty dead, with only 1-2 others waiting for carry out orders. Our burgers were cooked after we ordered, our fries came out hot, and the shakes were delicious. We were very happy with our dinners. The only complaint I have is it’s kind of expensive, since you pay for everything separately. I would have though there would be some sort of meal option. Even so, we enjoyed our food and will probably be visiting again. I hope the lack of customers was just due to the time we went. Strongsville definitely lacks any good burger places and I hope this one stays!
