Pretty great burgers with a lot of protein alternatives including a Beyond Burger! The fries and onion rings are delicious as well, especially with the various styles they offer! We have not yet tried their shakes or concretes but have heard good things about them!

Burger Fi has permanently closed this location. You may wonder why…. Well, they struggled to even have hamburger meat to make any burgers and in this past month, they would close because they had no meat. The soda and ice cream machine stopped working and they never got it fixed. One day, my husband was standing in the restaurant for 30 minutes and there was no staff in sight. Finally, a staff member arrived and looked shocked that he had been waiting that long in the store. My husband had assumed there was a meeting or something in the back. Nope! There was no one there at all. The staff member even advised my husband about the problems with the place and he even claimed the manager had gotten a part time/second job in order to use that money to purchase meat in an attempt to keep the restaurant open. Obviously something was occurring because this place went downhill and lacked decent management. I added pictures to show the place is absolutely closed. The Burger Fi sign is gone and there is an out of business sign on the door.

The vegan beyond burger was great! I devoured it quickly. The fries were nice and crisp and the staff was pretty friendly. My only small complaint is the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. They are a little pricey but you get excellent quality, everything tasted very fresh and nice. It’s nice to see a restuarant with so many veggie options and devoted to healthy, better eating 🙂

Overall a great burger spot. My first time visiting a Burger Fi. I was not a big fan of Sprinkles in milkshake. Onion rings I was very disappointed. Did not have any flavor and seems to be under cooked. Staff was friendly and location was clean.

It has several food options to choose from. The menu are not cheaper compared to fastfood burger chains. But let say, healthier in some aspects. The service people are nice. My burger was served under 10minutes as there were only two individuals dining that time.
The place is big and clean. The restroom is clean as well. It has big TVs inside the restaurants and has in and outdoor tables and chairs. It is located short distance away from the Auburn University and near other restaurants and a pharmacy. The parking is spacious and is shared with other businesses’ customers.

We were in town for Auburn baseball and run fest. Went to lunch at the Auburn location. It is not kept up very well. Food good. The stool I was sitting on apparently had broken pieces on it and when I got up it ripped a hole in my shoe. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Taylor, and she said ok. I had to tell her to take the stool out of the dinning room. Her response was as if it was no big deal. I’m sure if it were shoes and her money spent on the shoes she might have cared a little more. No matter how good the food is if customer service stinks then it’s a no go for future visits. Will not recommend

If you like the real deal, meaning hand cut fries, then this place is for you. I’ve tried buying fries in many locations and nothing has gone quite close yet. They have a variety of burgers too, and a desert section. The place itself is great for game days or family brunch.

Our burgers were delicious! The beef was fresh and served hot. The buns were also very fresh. We also ordered onion rings and french fries – both were awesome! The servings of everything were generous. If you go, be sure to take a hearty appetite!
