So I have never eaten at a BurgerFi, but I’ve heard all of the hype. This actually wasn’t my first choice of a place to eat, I had wanted to go to the Shake Shack, but that was closed so we decided to come here. But I must say, this is a worthy adversary, and I really enjoyed my food and will certainly be coming back again in the future. I just got the regular burger, but it was great! I was really surprised I enjoyed it so much. The breakfast burger is also a really good choice, it oddly really takes like breakfast, and yet it’s a burger too and it just somehow works. Their onion rings are massive, and the fries are classically good. They have a really good variety of milkshakes as well, I didn’t try one this time but I’d like to eventually, because some of them sounded really good. I came to this location right when it was super busy, so we kind of waited in line to order for a long time, but once we did our food came out really fast, so that’s good. I loved the little outdoor seating area they have, especially since it was around Christmas time and all the lights were hung up. Safe to say, I now understand all the hype about BurgerFi and can vouge for it myself!

Our “to-go” order was taken promptly & shake delivered quickly by competent & friendly front of the house staff. My son loved his shake & I was optimistic about trying this BurgerFi location, however, my excitement waned 25 mins in. For two burgers the wait time was far too long. I requested “no cheese” & burger had cheese & was overcooked. After requesting my order be “checked on” they got it out shortly thereafter, but, better kitchen leadership & maybe a hotline weekend “order expeditor” may help order timing on heavy volume days. I was told “sorry, they’re slammed” but restaurant was not full… Again, staff was helpful & kind but that didn’t outweigh slow service & incorrect order.

My husband got a burger with an egg on it, I got a chicken avocado lettuce wrap. My son got a burger.
We loved it all. Even the onion rings. And their branding of the buns is a nice touch.

I came in with my daughter’s for early dinner. Our cashier was Angela she was so nice very knowledgeable of the menu and what the restaurant offers. The food came right away and our food is so good just the way we order it. We most definitely come back here again.

This was our second trip to BurgerFi and we really like it. In terms of a quick service hamburger chain, it’s right up there. We are big fans of Culver’s and would put this on the same page as them.
Hamburgers are tasty and juicy, buns are nicely toasted. French fries could be a little toastier unless soggy. Onion rings are massive and crunchy. The fancy Coke machine lets you pick something like 100 different beverage choices. I think drinks always taste funny coming out of those machines, but you can always hear excitement as people choose their beverage or mix a custom one. I did not get the chance to try a custard or shake, but the lady at the table next to us had one and it looked awfully good. Maybe next time.

This place kept us waiting for a long time, it finally brought out the driest burger I’ve had in a long time. It was way over cooked. They added nothing to make it better like vegetables or sauces. The fries were under cooked and all stuck together and not edible. I won’t be back!
