The interior of Burgerfi is beautiful and spacious.
Food is perfect, so far I’ve had kids meal chicken tenders and falafel burgers and both were really good. The wait time is a little long, about 12 minutes.
The prices are expensive, comparable to Raising Canes or Dave’s Hot Chicken. However way more options than both places.
A single entree combo (burgers fries and drink) is $17-$20 and a kids meal is $10. So a family of 4 can easily spend $60 in a visit.
I go on Tuesdays because they have a dine in offer of kids eat free with adult combo purchase. TBH if your kids are good at sharing it’s enough for 3-4 people.
I really like the food and vibes; it’s too expensive for a daily kids meal but I love going here on Tuesdays.

I had an amazing experience at BurgerFi in Wellington, FL, all thanks to Jackie! From the moment I walked in, her friendly demeanor and genuine smile made me feel welcome. She was super helpful in explaining the menu and even suggested some great combinations. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and delicious. Jackie’s outstanding customer service truly made my visit memorable. Five stars all the way for Jackie and the BurgerFi team!

The food was good but not 45 bucks good.
Plenty of seating.

Mix between fast food and ruby tuesdays with a higher price.
I like giving 5 stars but cant here. A waffle house is half the priCe faster service and cooked infront of you to order.

I was left on the phone for over 30 minutes. I provided my card 5 times and still the order was NOT placed. I called back and was put on hold again. I hang up and did not order. Unacceptable and disappointing!
UPDATE: I decided to revisit BurgerFi with the hope of a better experience; however, I was disappointed once again as they burnt my veggie burger. Attempts to contact the corporate office via email have been unsuccessful, as there has been no response. I This location should be avoided.

I had a great experience at BurgerFi thanks to Aaliyah’s excellent service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was taken correctly. She had a positive attitude and really helped make the visit enjoyable. The food came out fresh and exactly as ordered, and Aaliyah checked in to make sure everything was good. It’s always nice to see employees who clearly care about their job and the customers. Her service definitely stood out and made me want to come back. Great job, Aaliyah!

So I ordered via DoorDash and I can admit to being a picky eater but I truly cannot eat cheese. I just got a regular burger with everything but the sauce (personal preference) so, I was extremely disappointed to get the burger with sauce and cheese on it which makes no sense because it wasn’t a cheeseburger so it shouldn’t have been there in the first place and unfortunately I can’t eat it. Fries were delicious though

Rachel, Jackie & Pam were great help, I asked for a “Breakfast All Day Burger,” that is currently not on the menu. Rachel went out of her way to make a hash brown & replicate the burger as close as possible, with the ingredients currently available. It was absolutely delicious, possibly even better than the original! We will be back, thank you burger fi team!
