I ordered a salad and it was so good! The bacon was excellent. The chicken and feta cheese weren’t my favorites.

The sandwich was good, but the bread was very thin and couldn’t hold the filling after a few bites.

The cheese sticks were delicious—though I wish they came with marinara sauce.
The service was amazing; everyone was very nice! ❤️

We sat outside, and it was very hot, plus there were flies flying around. ⁉️

While the entire menu is comforting, I came specifically for their legendary breakfast, and two items stand out as absolute must-tries for anyone passing through Grant County.
First, the Scratch-Made Biscuits and Gravy redefine comfort food. The biscuits themselves are massive, tender, and clearly baked from scratch, achieving that perfect, flaky-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture. They are completely blanketed in a rich, savory sausage gravy that possesses remarkable depth. It’s thick, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with substantial chunks of sausage—a true testament to a kitchen that takes its morning fare seriously. This is not canned gravy; this is soul food made with love and time.
The perfect accompaniment to the biscuits is the side of Hashed and Chopped Potatoes. Too often, breakfast potatoes are an afterthought, but here they are executed with absolute mastery. They hit the trifecta of potato perfection: crispy, fluffy, and seasoned just right. The exterior achieves a gorgeous, deep-golden crust that provides a satisfying shatter with every forkful, while the interior remains wonderfully soft and steaming. Whether you call them hash browns or chopped, they are the kind of potatoes you’ll remember long after the plate is clean.
If you’re looking for the best biscuits, gravy, and potatoes New Mexico has to offer, look no further.

This is my opinion, Make sure you come through the right door not the side door. No signage to the glass door for no entry. One of the Customer Service Representatives was a bit rude when I asked to change my fries to Onion rings, they did look Bombulicious when someone else had them on their order. I had the Mexican Patty Meltthe bacon i added to it complimented the sandwich well with the green chili. Glad I changed my forest to the onion rings. Suggest to have the Rings with Ranch, either or they still had a wonderful taste. If you want to feel secluded I suggest sitting in the booths.

When we travel we look for non-corporate food. Adobe Springs is exactly what we look for.
It totally deserves five stars.

Visiting Silver City NM. Was told Adobe Springs was a great choice for breakfast on Sunday. It was so good.

The restaurant was super busy, and it took a while to get a table and service. Expected.

Our server was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with lots of great choices. Also, the atmosphere is very cool.

The experience was very good.
I will definitely return. Recommended.

I normally don’t leave review but I’m seriously disappointed! We went in on Sunday morning and they said a 20 minute wait no problem at all. After about 5 minutes they asked us to wait outside in 38 degree weather! We’re from the desert so no, we weren’t going to freeze outside while we wait for a table. There was plenty of room to wait on the other side of the door and I asked if we could wait there and she said no.
So rude
I’m
Sure the food would have been good, the atmosphere was cozy but so rude especially when there was room to wait inside.

One of the best breakfasts ever in the USA and that’s saying something because on my travels I had a 150 plus breakfasts. Food is so tasty, the hashbrowns simply incredible. Staff very friendly. Sure, I read the reviews about taking some time before you’re served, but why always the rush? Sit back, enjoy your coffee and just wait for the food. Cause believe me, it’s worth the little wait.

Best food and patio in town! Love sitting outside where you can see the traffic on Main Street go by. Menu is huge and breakfast served until close on weekends. But the best thing we had was the cheese sticks…holy moly! It can get busy on weekends, but they can usually seat you right away/quickly if it’s a group of 4 or less.
