Overall really enjoyed the food. Burgers and onion rings were great. Shakes were decent. Fries were average. Service could have been better, we waited for food for at least twenty minutes before they brought out the first tray. It took five to ten minutes after that for them to bring the other two trays of food, despite assuring us at the arrival of the first tray that the rest would be right out. Each time the sever came out I had to tell him something was missing for him to go back and get it. In the end he brought us the wrong shake and didn’t bring out one of our ordered French fries. Staff was apologetic and courteous, just not very effective/efficient. I noted a few others who also had to wait for quite some time for their orders. The place had an above average vibe but wasn’t the cleanest. We had to clean our own table and after leaving, our clothes smelled like the grill for about an hour after, as if we had been standing directly in the kitchen.

The workers were great the food was excellent, my group was taking so long too and, I would understand if they were a little annoyed with us but they weren’t!! If anything they checked up on us more, we talked to the chef that made our food and she was great! Really lively even though there was like two ppl in there- and whoever was on aux needs to keep up the good work!

Customer-service-wise, this location is a complete disaster. For the second time in a row, we ordered from the app, were given a pickup time, and waited well over twice the time given for the food. Tonight, pickup was scheduled for 7:35. Not a huge order: four burgers, one order of fries, and an order of onion rings. The food wasn’t ready until 8. Meaning we waited an additional 25 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in 15. And they were the opposite of busy, from what I could tell. In fact when we went in, there was NO ONE sitting in the restaurant eating.
To pay $60 for a “fast food” dinner for four that took 40 minutes to prepare is crazy.
Once home we discovered what took so long: the onion rings were way overcooked…nearly burnt! Mystery solved!

I’ve been a regular at BurgerFi for years, but the decline in overall quality and experience has become impossible to ignore. It’s disappointing to see a once-reliable spot struggle with the basics.
To be fair, the grill staff is still doing their part—the burgers themselves were cooked well and tasted great. Unfortunately, everything surrounding the food has fallen apart:
The Ordering Process: They’ve replaced the human cashier with two kiosks that are incredibly lagging and unintuitive. What used to be a quick interaction is now a cumbersome, frustrating task.
Drink Selection: The soda machine was broken, and all six tap beers were listed as “out.” Having zero beverage options beyond bottled water is unacceptable for a sit-down establishment.
Order Accuracy: Despite the “precision” of a digital kiosk, my order was still wrong. I paid for Cajun fries but was served plain regular fries.
It feels like management has cut every possible corner at the expense of the customer experience. While the burgers remain solid, the lack of service and basic amenities makes it hard to justify coming back.

2 stars because the burgers were pretty good. The place is a hot mess inside! There is trash all over the dining area. EVERYTHING – ketchup and containers, drink lids, all empty. Trash bins are overflowing and spilling over on the floor. The young lady at the register is FAR too busy to take care of all the transactions and the dining area by herself. She could use some help on a Friday evening.
It’s beyond clear that management has no clue how to run this place. And makes me wonder, if the front looks like this, what is the condition of the kitchen area??

Never have I felt more let down and unwelcome at a reputable establishment. I had arranged to meet a relative at the restaurant, with our children eagerly anticipating a meal together. However, upon arrival at 9:05 PM, we were met with signs indicating that dine-in service was not available after 9 PM. Despite ordering through the self-service kiosk and selecting the dine-in option, our food was packaged to go and slammed in front of us on the table. The trash bins were blocked off with trays, and condiments were unavailable. Everything was labeled with handwritten signs on napkins, most likely from employees all too eager to leave at 10 PM sharp.
How is any of this acceptable? Where was the management? Where was the franchise owner? I am astounded that it has come to this. Clearer communication about the 9 PM dine-in cutoff is essential. We saw other patrons eating out of bags inside and outside in poorly lit areas, creating a dismal dining experience.
In the future, when I crave BurgerFi, I will take my business to the Weston location.

We ordered dine-in, but the food was packed to go. When we asked, they said they were closing in 45 minutes, which didn’t make sense, that’s still plenty of time. We ended up eating inside out of the takeout boxes.
Burgers were pretty good. Fries were overly salty and soggy.

What a horrible place, I loved going to Burgerfi. They installed these self serving machines. No one helps you or even looks at you. One of the employees just puts there back towards you and doesn’t even acknowledge your presence. There were other customers trying to get there attention and they couldn’t care less. Very disrespectful and poor customer service. The other locations in the area are the same. I will never go to burgerFi again

I placed my order through uber eats and they said someone else picked up my order. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he’ll get my order remade. However, the quality of food was not good. The vegetarian patty was burnt and had a bitter taste, fries had a bitter taste as well. I don’t know if it’s because the food was overcooked or if they keep on reusing the oil. So disappointed, they used to have good quality food .
