Excellent service from Linnaea at the front! Our burgers came out hot and quick. My picky eater had the JR BCB and said it was excellent! The CEO is a GREAT burger- checks all the right boxes. Definitely a burger place worth checking out. Highly recommend the Cry + Fry add Chili and Cheese- the chili has just the right amount of spice. The Madagascar Vanilla shake is also good. We will be back, probably way to often.

My 2nd time here and my last. The floor was sticky and desperately needed cleaning. No napkins in the holders. Tables were dirty. Trash overflowing. Water on the floor in front of soda machine. No ice tea, machines were broken. Counter top near soda lids sticky, not cleaned. Then I checked my charge account and see I was charged for 2 different orders. I only had one! Another place that went downhill because of covid? No excuse for a restaurant to be in this condition.

I have been to burgerfi over on park ave and it has the same quality of tasty food and good vibes: the outside area has a dog bowl(pet friendly) the burgerfi burger is incredibly juicy and tasty. The milkshake was delicious and creamy. My mom got the cheeseburger with lettuce wrap and my stepdad got a double bacon cheeseburger and rates it 8.5/10. Overall super delicious, would try again.

This is the epitome of “Hipster” burger joint. They have all the trending options to select from: beyond beef patties, lettuce wraps, veggie patties, craft beer, along with planet saving reusable trays and paper strays! They offer Kobe beef blend burger on their CEO burger.
Food taste was good overall, but in my opinion, value was less than price shows. $47.00 for 4 burgers 4 drinks and 1 fry… ranks mid-high for me on value. Packaging/Presentation game was weak. It’s hard to eat a lettuce wrap from a bag! A bowl option would be much more convenient! Anyways…
Service was fair and we had no overall complaints. Parking at this location can be a bear during peak times.

We paid $25 for two cold burgers and a cold half order of (what should be a regular sized) fry.
My husband walked into the restaurant and placed a to-go order for two burgers and a regular sized fry at 7:30pm. He waited for nearly 40 minutes before approaching the counter and asking for a refund. At that point he was ready to go somewhere else for food so he could finally get home at the end of his very long day.
Turns out our order had been sitting in the kitchen window for over 20 minutes. No explanation, no apology, nothing. So we wasted $25 on cold, sub-par food. At least fill the fries all the way up, no?
We’ll be taking our business down the street to Five Guys for better customer service and food.

Great burgers and great service. Sam, the manager is super nice and recommended we each get a special burger and then had them cut in half so we could try both of them. Really recommend the CEO and the urban style fries, they’re to die for.

Definitely glad I ordered ahead! My order wasn’t ready for an additional 10 minutes AFTER the time the ordering system said it would be ready. The atmosphere is cool — they have some retro arcade game machines and a MacroAir ceiling fan (I guess to help with germs?). Customer service is great and the food is good! And staff was wearing masks ^_^

Newest location, BurgerFi is already a favorite. This location is already miles ahead as far as customer service. The food we ordered was cooked perfectly, arrived quickly, and the staff came around frequently to top up drinks and clear away finished dishes. (The university location is pretty much self-service). Pet friendly patio with water dishes and table umbrellas for shade. Also worth noting that it’s a Pokemon Gym location, and there are numerous pokestops nearby.
