Burger Fi was awesome! The employees greeted us and were friendly. We ordered the Waygu Eco burger, Bacon cheeseburger, Rodeo burger, chicken sliders, onion rings, and truffle fries. The food was delivered to our table and did not disappoint. Everything tasted delicious and was cooked perfectly. Burger Fi is a little pricey, but they made it worth it.

I walked into BurgerFi today as a new patriot, I’ve never tried their food. I came on my lunch break and went to the counter, ready to use the self-serving tablets. Instead I was interrupted by one of the workers Willie and he offered for him to take my order for me that alone really set the tone for my visit today he informed me about their lunch special, which is what I went with and that was definitely a great choice throughout my 40 minutes there it was a busy lunch, rush and the same gentleman. Willie was so helpful and kind very attentive to all of the customers brought out food to everybody’s table and also helped me clear my table when leaving the food was good but his service was better 10 out of 10.

I’m very surprised at the 4+ star review. This place was terrible. It was very hot inside so we ate outside. May be a temporary A/C issue but it was unbearably hot just trying to order.
The place is filthy. Doors and tables appear to never be washed. The food was not good. The fries were especially bad. No one ate them. Spending $100 for my family was an awful waste of money.
The one saving grace was the kind and professional employee.

We had to place our order on a screen instead of to a cashier. The whole place was a disaster with dirty tables and dirty floors. They were out of ice, bottled water, beer, tea, and kids juice boxes. The coke freestyle machine was flat and lacked flavor regardless of selection. The bathrooms were completely out of paper towels and smelled awful. The food took at least 40 minutes. If we could have just cancelled our order about 20 minutes in to waiting we would have, but we figured that it was too late. The burgers were okay, but the fries lacked any flavor and didn’t even have a touch of salt.. it was just like eating a soggy plain potato. Our order was not correct but we didn’t have time for wait for anything else. We will never set foot in here again. The owners and managers should be absolutely ashamed of the state of their business.

The fries need a makeover (a burnt mess) that’s not advertised like the photos and prep time needs improvement. The bacon cheeseburger was great, however dry & lacked mayo, ketchup, or mustard.

Rarely do I write I the a review: however, I was so disappointed with the food. My fries were old; no tea was available; no ice in either machine and an item from my order was missing. After I returned to the restaurant, the cashier was accommodating, and gave me my missing order. My order as almost $30 dollars. Eating out is not an everyday or every week occurrence for me. Burger Fi needs to do better.

So me and my wife are apart of the FATS (food and turkey society) so we take our rating seriously. I can look for something to eat and I figured a good burger was up to my taste. When we first walk in the lady behind the counter is telling the people making the food who she hates her job and wants to quit. She did not take out order there were iPads I order the “burgerfi cheeseburger” a double cheeseburger with fi sauce and garlic aioli with a large side of truffle fries (because I am usually a fan of truffle things). I also got a fountain drink when I went over not only were there no carbonation over half the drinks were unavailable so is stuck with water. The food came out in a bag even though we order to din in. This is genuinely the worst burger I’ve ever had I could compare it to the chum bucket from SpongeBob. The burger was greasy and tasted like nothing even though they drowned it in sauce. The fires were soggy and no truffle was applied. DO NOT COME HERE id actually rather go to McDonald’s. Also for two burgers sit was damn near 50$ for straight trash. Never again I wish I could give it a zero.

Me and my wife came here and we paid about 50$ , the drink machine was broken and instead they gave me a can coke for $3.75 which is ridiculous . The service was terrible , took 20 minutes to get the food and it was complete garbage , I swear to you I’ve have better burgers from Wendy’s . If you want a great burger go to carolina Jax it’s cheaper and 100 x better ! Burger fi sucks!!!!
