My wife ordered the original cheeseburger and fries…
I believe that the cardboard picture of my burger most likely had more flavor than my burger did. The only hint of flavor detectable was the saltiness from the bacon on it. The patties of both burgers still had a decent amount of red still in them and the fries were overcooked and bland also.
For just over $42.00, this was a terrible meal and experience. This will definitely be the one and only time eating at BurgerFi.
Their advertisement states :
No hormones
No antibiotics
No shortcuts
No excuses
No nonsense
They left out:
NO FLAVOR!!
He was a young gentleman (Jose) who was very friendly, had a great attitude, and was super helpful to this newbie. I got a Chef burger and subbed pepper jack cheese for American with a side of fries.
The food was delivered fairly quickly (< 5 minutes, I'd say) and was extremely well-prepared. The fries were hot and crisp and the burger was still oozing cheese. Everything tasted great and was extremely enjoyable.
The gentleman who originally took my order (and delivered the food too!) stopped by a one point to check to see if I needed anything else. Quite impressive.
Overall, I’m very happy I gave these folks a shot and will certainly do so again (though probably the Kennesaw location as this was a special trip to Alpharetta).

MY GO-TO? THE CEO BURGER (WITH AN EGG, OF COURSE)
I’m here nearly every other day (yes, sometimes back-to-back) because their food never disappoints.
The CEO Burger is a flavor bomb:
Double premium beef patties, caramelized onions, cheese that stretches when you bite in, and their BurgerFi logo seared into the bun. It’s a burger with personality — and a lot of taste.
Pro tip: Add an egg.
Gym-goers and protein lovers, this one’s for you.
Also try the massive onion rings (literally the size of your hand) or the soft golden fries — and don’t sleep on their vegan options. Everyone is welcome here.
SERVICE THAT FEELS PERSONAL
There’s a reason I call this place a second home.
Heather always lets us know about new specials — she’s warm, energetic, and full of hospitality.
Arsalan, the manager, is attentive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels appreciated.
There’s even a plaque at the door that says:
“BurgerFi changes the way you think about your burger joint.”
I smile every time I see it — because it’s true, every single visit.

Good burgers and good fries.
The competition down the street either way is just as good for about the same price.
The hotdog left a lot to be desired. Bun was hard and a bit crusty!
