I ordered an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with crispy fried onions, fries with onion rings….
My wife ordered the original cheeseburger and fries…
I believe that the cardboard picture of my burger most likely had more flavor than my burger did. The only hint of flavor detectable was the saltiness from the bacon on it. The patties of both burgers still had a decent amount of red still in them and the fries were overcooked and bland also.
For just over $42.00, this was a terrible meal and experience. This will definitely be the one and only time eating at BurgerFi.
Their advertisement states :
No hormones
No antibiotics
No shortcuts
No excuses
No nonsense
They left out:
NO FLAVOR!!

Made my first visit here earlier today for the first time in a long while (since I live in South ATL) and the customer service experience DID NOT DISAPPOINT, so I’m thankful! I wanted to give warm kudos to the sweet young man who was working today (1/6/2026) during the 3PM hour for making it super easy to get my birthday custard reward. I didn’t get his name, my apologies, but he’s really kind and I just wanted to encourage the BurgerFi Alpharetta location to especially keep up the amazing customer service b/c it DOES NOT go unnoticed and it makes ALL the difference.

First time to the shop and it was a delight! I was surprised to see self-serve kiosks at a non-fast food place, but it fits the business. Those were busy when I arrived, so I opted for the analog (human) order taker.
He was a young gentleman (Jose) who was very friendly, had a great attitude, and was super helpful to this newbie. I got a Chef burger and subbed pepper jack cheese for American with a side of fries.
The food was delivered fairly quickly (< 5 minutes, I'd say) and was extremely well-prepared. The fries were hot and crisp and the burger was still oozing cheese. Everything tasted great and was extremely enjoyable.
The gentleman who originally took my order (and delivered the food too!) stopped by a one point to check to see if I needed anything else. Quite impressive.
Overall, I’m very happy I gave these folks a shot and will certainly do so again (though probably the Kennesaw location as this was a special trip to Alpharetta).

Don’t bother ordering online, they won’t start cooking until you actually show up for pickup. Kinda defeats the purpose of online ordering, doesn’t it? Came to pick up our food and ended up waiting another 40 minutes, which is ridiculous for 3 burgers in almost empty joint, fun time with two hungry kids. We like the burgers, but it’s just not worth the inconvenience.

Seriously, I think those are the best chicken tenders I’ve EVER had. Onion rings are fun. Fries are fresh and great. The food came out piping hot. Update: I really enjoyed my latest experience at this fantastic burger joint. I really enjoyed the Conflicted Burger and the batch of fries seemed much improved. The kitchen was still plagued by slowness as it took almost 15 min to get our food at 2pm on a Monday.
Good burgers and good fries.
The competition down the street either way is just as good for about the same price.
The hotdog left a lot to be desired. Bun was hard and a bit crusty!

Ordered single patty burger with fries. Burger meat was chewy and onions cooked I believe when I asked for raw. Afterwards the burger made me have stomach issues with the ruins the rest of the evening. I was surprised as this was my 2nd visit as new to area. My first visit was fine. Request refund. Online c/s site doesnt work.
