Their burgers were nice, three stars because the person on register didn’t tell us about the deals and when we walked out there were deals printed on their window glasses. Not a big rip off but be courteous to ask if we are aware of the combo or deals. People reading this, look outside the restaurant windows and choose if any deal you like.

I was the last person to come through the drive through right before they closed and turned off the grill. Jacob and Juanita went above and beyond to make sure I got my food. It’s little things like this that make the service top tier. The food is amazing! I highly recommend these burgers if you’re in the area!

I’m a Dasher and with the corporate places such as Burger King and McDonald’s you’ll get some rude feedback when you’re low on gas your car sometimes overheats and you don’t want to take the car through the drive-thru while the dining room is closed when it is supposed to be open or closed earlier than drive thru service hours and you call to have them bring the order out. They’re not understanding of a car issue or the fact that gas is Skyrocket High because honestly as a Dasher I don’t feel that it’s right I wait in the 20 car line at Jack In The Box for my food so I commend Jack in the Box for understanding and bringing my order out even though I’ve had a couple of the employees tell me I have to go through the drive-thru they’re probably not the best workers there they do the bare minimum, but this place was very understanding and polite about it. I was standing at the drive-thru menu because they had closed the inside area which made it look closed which might not be good for their business but besides the fact they didn’t give me any problems like Wendy’s did. And for people who are trying to do their part and prevent the Catalyst of global warming all the major chains should adopt bringing a delivery order out to the car like KFC and Jack in the Box, Jack in the Box has a spot for customers to do that but some of them employees will give a Dasher a hard time about it when it should just be the same concept KFC they get the concept and bring a delivery order out to customer and Dasher alike

This used to be my favorite place to eat but after today I will never go there again. The two girls working night shift around 8:15pm today were eating pizza and chicken nuggets dipping them both in sauce and sucked the sauce off their fingers right next to the drive through window.I seen three girls but only 2 we’re doing this.I noticed this after I handed them the money. They took over 20mins to get the food ready when no one was in the restaurant or in line and just kept eating their greasy food with their bare hands also touching the register and not even wiping their hands nor washing, This is so disgusting and not sanitary. No one should be eating around the food or drinks in this line of business. You have your lunches and breaks for a reason. This place use to be so well put together and had good workers and good food. I also received cold fries even though I waited that long for my food.

I had my first experience at this Burger Time over 2 years ago and it was a good one. I have ordered from here at least twice a month since. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. The food is good as well as the order accuracy. I’ve never seen the place dirty. The staff has always treated me well and I really appreciate that. I will gladly keep giving them my business.

This place is always phenomenal the staff is just the problem not very friendly at all bare minimum, when it comes to customer service I went through the drive thru of course because the weather is cold to sit outside and the lady that took my order was not friendly seemed like she didn’t want to be there no suggestive sells at all the car before me was waiting there for quite some time then the food was given to the driver ahead of me and the window was shut the driver had to knock on the window for her drink then it was my turn she told me the price I gave her my card she should have given me my drink but instead she gave me my card and my receipt close the window 5-10 minutes later she opens the window gives me my food and I asked her for ranch she rolls her eyes and hands me runny watery ranch I have been here many times so I know the ranch is always thick and creamy but not this time so I leave without my drink and realize it as I drove off. But I had a water bottle in my car so I was fine… I really think that when ur in customer service of any kind u should be at ur utmost behavior because you’re working with the public if you don’t like your job find another and stop ruining people’s day who wants to eat angry food I don’t I left some pictures that place is awesome the food is awesome but I have never met an employee that was pleasant or acted like they wanted to be there… maybe it has something to do with the owners or the management who knows if you don’t like what you do you should find something different or maybe because the place is so small who knows the food is fanstatic and worth all of the bull honkey

Good burgers and fries and wide variety and sizes of frozen treats. Very broad menu. Air conditioner not working well. Glad I got the seat next to the fan. Very loud in the dining room. Overall good experience, but not relaxing or particularly pleasant to dine in.
