They bill themselves as a premium burger restaurant. Ordered a single burger with blue cheese and grilled onions and fries. What I got: a single burger that was warm and dry, not hot a d fresh off the grill. The blue cheese was about one teaspoon in the center of the burger. The onion was a single slice about a quarter inch thick, raw, not grilled. Fries were seasoned and warm, not hot. For $20 I expect a hot juicy burger, at least a quarter cup of blue cheese and grilled onions as ordered. Maybe I should have ordered a burger with less Theory.

Food was delicious & our server, Daphne, was great!
Not too busy but at least half full on a Saturday evening.
Our toddler’s food was ready before my wife’s and mine but Daphne noticed our son was getting restless after we finished our appetizers; she brought his food over – much to our son’s delight – even though the table’s food wasn’t quite ready.
This kind of great service and attentiveness should always be noted in reviews. A kitchen can be busy or slow; a restaurant can be crowded or empty.
But when your server notices the little details, it makes all the difference – especially when dining out as a family!

Burger Theory has been voted best burger in St George Utah many times. I love their Lone Star Burger with onion rings. My wife loves their sweet potato fries. Never been disappointed.

Tucked away inside the ST. george Marriott. Clean with a great sports bar atmosphere. Its loaded with Tvs and a great bar menu. However the food didn’t deliver. I ordered a fried buttermilk chicken sandwich from the custom burger menu, however was served a grilled chicken sandwich. Once questioned the waiter indicated “oh we dont have that, only breaded chicken strips.”
Drinks were also not refilled without request. However the brownie sundae was served in a mason jar with just the right amount of gooey.

Perfect fries. Juicy hamburger with a nomtastic potato bun. Don’t skip this place. Light range of beer options, but varied enough to encourage a few more visits (if that’s your thing). I built my burger and it was delicious to the last bite. Oh, and the pickles are a bit spicy. Bonus!

Visited with my team. We didn’t realize it was in a hotel but its reviews led us here. Standard bar or tavern food. Lots of burgers, etc. Decent selection of Utah beers. I had fish and chips. They were okay.

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile, and I’m glad we finally did! It is weird being in a hotel, but it was all good once inside. It was a bit expensive but the Dixie Direct helped. The fries were so good! I got the Breuben, it was delicious, as was my wife’s Classic. My complaint would be that my Breuben seemed to have more bread than burger. Our waitress was also great.

I had a free Saturday night so I decided to come to Burger Theory. It’s a very comfortable environment that’s clean and inviting. I got the Boss burger this time around yet I preferred the Sriracha burger from my previous visit. Both were great burgers, but my palate prefers a bit of spice with my gourmet burger. My waitress was very attentive and even compensated my side order since there was a bit of a delay for my fries. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future!

We have enjoyed the food at burger theory many times since they opened. Last night wasanother great experience. Who ever is leading this team is doing it right. First, they were super busy when we arrived and the staff brew that the food was going to take some time to come out. Rather than just telling us to be patient or server offered us cups and salsa while we waited. Right up front they addressed the issue and created a solution without me or my wife having to even ask. Second with a full dinning room and a lot going on our server did his best to helpKerri or drinks filled but guess who else helped… The hostess, that is right they worked as a team to make sure every guest was taken care of. Third the food was just as good this time as other times actually it was GREAT!!! Thank you for a wonderful night out

The burger was pretty tasty-had the over the border burger. Their salad was pretty bland, it almost looked like they hadn’t washed it. We also got the nachos appetizer. It was pretty decent, though probably not $9 worth. The ambiance is nice. Lower lighting and comfortable seats, though the booth seats are quite low. The service was a little slow, but it was a Saturday night, so that’s to be expected. Overall, pretty good. I’ll be back.
