Hamburguesas deliciosas / Delicious Hamburgers. Prices are up there but I got the “Jr. Deluxe Hamburger” added cheese and was satisfied. This is the type of place you come to when you want A REAL BURGER! inside is small only 2 tables yet it was comfortable and welcoming.

I went to Burger Street and waited at the intercom for 20 minutes. I greeted them seven times without any response. When I approached the window to place my order, they falsely claimed they said, “Give me a moment,” which they did not. When I pointed out the lie, I was met with attitude and hostility. I asked for the manager, but she continued to argue instead of assisting me. I requested the store manager’s name, but they refused to provide it. Instead, they only gave me the store’s number when I asked for corporate contact information. Overall, their behavior was rude and unprofessional. Also the bad mangers name was Alice. Do not come here.

Just left Burger street and the attitude/look the young lady just gave at the window was just disgusting. I just cane to pick up am order and she wasted some of the drink before handing it to me, she wiped the sides but the lid of the drink still looked messy. I politely asked if she could change the lid and the look she gave made me never wanted to do business with you guys again. Like we come to spend our money just to get ugly looks. Geesh do better

Worst service ever! The screen does not light up on the menu drove to the window. A young lady comes to the window and states that they are open. Explain that the menu did not light up stated she could not do anything about that asked if we could order at the window and she said I guess so. We’ll never come back to this location. Please avoid avoid avoid.

Never order from their online website, they use third party apps and the manager cancels the order but is quick to charge your card. Biggest inconvenience is waiting for your money to be refunded. Never again.

This was my first time of going to Burger Street and it was phenomenal! I had the# 2 Double meat & cheese burger combo ( $10 ) which came with curly fries in a 20 oz drink. The burger came with lettuce, tomato, Purple Onion , mayonnaise and mustard. It was very juicy and super delicious! The manager, Dustin, was very professional and informative… both him and his associate gave excellent customer service! I will be returning!
