Guadalupe and Sky are two of the best employees that I’ve ever seen work at Burger Street location especially with just two people they were awesome together and do an awesome job and serve awesome food. They make it even more wonderful to enjoy the atmosphere and the food. I look forward to seeing them again and hopefully they get a raise which is well deserved. The two of them make me want to eat here every day they work. Food was not what I expected. The beef was not fresh ground and remind me of the premade cheap patties from Walmart. I order cheese tots and I added pictures here and we received no cheese. The tots were awful and had no flavor. my husband asked for a straw and the lady said it was in the bag, but the bag was stapled shut. once we got down the road I tore the bag open and cut my thumb open by the staples. Everything went down hill from there with the food. complete disaster. I don’t usually write reviews, but we spent $28.78 and couldn’t eat or drink the meal. We won’t be back.

We come through here a lot. The food is always top tier. A lot of times, customer service seems to have dwindled like everywhere else. The newer generations don’t grasp customer service. However, we were served by Allison tonight and she was a wonderful reminder that it still exists. She was diligent, kind and happy to help. Thank you, Allison.

Great place on Peoria just north of the 44 freeway, to get what reminds you of a “homemade burger”.
I had special #3, cheeseburger with the works, plus bacon and jalapeno. A generous side of curly fries and chocolate shake.
Laura was a great host and the whole team did a great job. It has a very welcoming atmosphere. And she sends you off with “Have an awesome day”.
Also, met a regular patron who has been coming here for 10 years, who highly recommends the sweet tea. He also ordered a #3.
Enough said, try it, you will not be disappointed by your visit or the meal.

Automatically charging for things not ordered. Its like the person taking the order gets to decide what you are getting and being charged. This has been going on for a very, very long time. The voicemail box is full and they won’t answer. This is false advertising and you should be held accountable seeing as this is still a problem after over a year. I shouldn’t have to give my food back when I get my receipt and have them rifle through and fix it.

I stopped in 1 min from close (google said 10pm, they close at 9) although I said not to worry since they were closing, Jennifer (Jenny D.) Insisted they would make my food. I ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger and it was absolutely fantastic (thanks to Patricia in the back!). Will always come here for great food and service!

Burgers are juicy and flavorful. Tater tots are hot and delicious. All around good meal.
It seems recently a new policy has been added that you can’t get refills anymore. This is disappointing as their tea is some of the best I’ve ever had.

The food is always good but just left there my food came up to $18.90 we handed the young lady a $100.00 bill. Julisa S handed us back $61.10 she owe us $20. She would not give us our change back. They might want to look at the cameras make sure she’s not pocketing money from other customers too. When we were leaving I ask for my shake she told me it would be extra, mind you I paid for it already. Be honest Julisa that’s all you have to do. (I will be calling corporate Monday)

I had the chilli cheese dogs, as usual they were pretty good and the young lady that took my order was very nice and friendly. My only complaint would be that the “back ground music” was way too loud. I work in a fabrication shop and it was louder than what I listen to in my shop!!! Maybe turn it down just a little. Otherwise, it was a good lunch experience.
