We normally get the burger with no bun and a side of fries.
The burgers are delicious! No frozen patties here, everything is fresh. And the fries? Mouth watering hand-cut that will make you go back for more.

I can’t say enough good things about Burger Station 120 at 1881 Griffith Drive in Harriman. From the moment we walked in, we were absolutely delighted by the entire experience.
The food was spectacular. I had one of their signature burgers, and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and incredibly flavorful. The fresh-cut fries were a highlight—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. My companion had a massive loaded baked potato, which was delicious and generously portioned. The menu options are diverse, featuring everything from unique burgers to chicken sandwiches and even fish and chips.
The service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire meal. Great service here, but that was the only good part about our lunch. The staff was super nice and the food did come out in a decent amount of time. The burger patties look and taste pre-formed and frozen, lacking in flavor. The fries were decent and seemed to be hand cut. The sliced brisket on the spud was very dry, chewy and flavorless. Again, great service, but not worth a second visit especially if you want a good burger.

My CFS was overcooked (dark brown), so dry and crumbly, and just enough gravy to spread across the top. No mashed potatoes as a side option, so creamy Mac & Cheese in a small bowl. Included toast was white bread barely toasted.
Service was average and friendly.
Our first time, so maybe we just came at the wrong time of day.

They serve more than burgers. There is a wide variety of items to satisfy all eating lifestyles.
My burger was delicious.
The fries were cooked perfectly. They were a bit salty for me but i tend to put less salt on my food so don’t take this as a negative on the restaurant.
Service was very good. Host sat us and got our drinks quickly. She came and checked on us frequently. She has a great attitude which made our visit more enjoyable.
Alcoholic drinks are available as well as a large selection of other beverages.
The restaurant was clean. We sat and dined outside and that was nice.
Plenty of parking.
The restaurant is easy to see from a moving vehicle.
There is a drive-thru if you are on the go.
Prices are reasonable.
I recommend this restaurant.
I will return and try other food items.

The food here is nothing short of phenomenal every time I have visited. The brisket is tender and seasoned perfectly. The Union Station burger is perfection. They use fancy lettuce and buns that dont fall apart. My food looks like it should be on a commercial each and everytime. The special ketchup makes the fries extra special. Best food in the Harriman and probably so far as Knoxville as well.

Pretty good little place. I got the chopped steak, and the menu said it came with a side of bourbon glaze. I wish it had come on the side. Unfortunately, it was poured on top and made it entirely too sweet. I ate only a few bites and took it home, scraped off what I could and re seasoned it. The meat was pretty good. I loved the green beans and the ranch dressing for my salad was super good.

Excellent experience!! Some of the least expensive burgers I’ve had in a while. Great food, super wait staff….. very pleasant & attentive, very clean and cheerful decor. It’s unbelievable how fast our table al received our orders. And, did I say how tasty everything was?? Great place, we’ll definitely go back
