Local find while on vacation. It was cold for FL so there was a decent wait for a table. Our waitress was wonderful. The food and drinks brought us back a second night. The second night was not a good service night to start. We were seated and forgotten, then a wonderful guy took over. The food and drinks were just as wonderful on our second visit. But the star of the nights, the cheese cake dessert!

Thursday night – wife was sick – decided to spend close to $80 on 2 large pies and an order of wings. 1 pie was burnt. Appeared to lack resources and any real kitchen leadership and the resulting lack of quality in food proved it. Our server had zero personality and gave little information. The last time I went here, they had 2 for 1 wines for their happy hour. When I asked what they had for happy hour, the only response was, “Discounted.” When I asked what wines they have, he listed the reds without indicating there was a price difference per category (I got a cab the first time and a pinot noir the second; there was a $3 price difference between the two).
We ordered a margharita pizza and fries. The fries were great, the pizza was the driest pizza I’ve ever had. Perhaps slicing the tomatoes would hold in moisture instead of dicing? Either way, we won’t be back.

Boulevard Tavern is a nice place with a great atmosphere. Old school tavern style bar that obviously specializes in evening festivities with its inside and outside bar seating. The service was great and the food was priced well for 2025 comparisons.
The issue for us came with the food and the drink prices. Attached is a picture of the Garden greens panini style sandwich. Flavorless with the raw cheese inside unmelted and cold. I had the Reuben which was great, other than a little cold for my taste and bread that was on the soggier side. The house made chips were fantastic however.
Additionally, $7.50 for a draft beer is absurd, with a white claw following close behind at damn near $7 as well. Not to mention this was happy hour prices. Even the outside bartender was shocked at the price for the Hazify I got.
Otherwise it’s a nice place and I didn’t bother dropping start further considering at night this place probably pops off and the bar food isn’t the main attraction. Maybe more “bar style” food would be in our best interest if visiting again at night for the festivities and party time atmosphere.

I was looking for a quick bite to eat and Boulevard Tavern exceeded my expectations. We ordered a soup of chili and French onion soup. Both were full of flavor and came out very hot. Perfect for the chilly weather today. We also ordered the Gateway pizza and we were pleasantly surprised. The homemade ranch dressing is a “must try”. We will definitely be in again to try more!! They have a full bar as well!

Had a burger, which was pretty good but that didn’t last long as another customer a couple of tables over started smoking. Sad to see this establishment allows smoking while families with young children are trying to enjoy their lunch.

Hightly disappointed.
I place the order for a business meeting and I place it an hour before so I set a time for an hour later for pickup, it was a order od 3 large pizzas and 3 orders of wings. I also gave a 15 percent tip and I picked UP the order.
I came ten minutes early and they did not have it ready , which is fine, the order was supposed to be ready at 5:25 and they gave it to me at five 5:21.
Whenever I got the order, I asked for my wings.And when I say the wings , I did not have blue cheese , so I had to ask for my wings , and I had to ask for my blue cheese.
I got home is when I seen that my Pizza with burnt.Almost on all of the pizzas on the bottom.
I also had to go back to the store to get the receipt.Because they did not give me a receipt.

We had a burger and Steak Bomb beef sandwich, both were awesome! French Fries were crispy! The service was exceptional and staff was very friendly. Would go back again and highly recommend.

$12.and change for a SINGLE TITOS and soda. That’s more than the most expensive restaurant in Ft Myers. They have no business charging that for a mid grade vodka. Just as a comparison, Firestone Sky Bar is $10 for a single Tito’s. But I guess the Industrial Park is a better view than the rooftop bar on the River? Crazy. One and Done.

Good food at a decent price. This place seems like it could be at the beach. Split into 3 sections, indoor deli, outdoor bar, and an indoor restaurant/bar. We dined in the deli area and thought the food was pretty good. Food like wraps, sandwiches, salads, pizza, appetizers and much more. The girl that helped us was really nice and had some good suggestions. There are lots of seating and free parking outside. And a great place for nearby residents (we noticed).
