This well-lit hole-in-the-wall feels like a nostalgic blast from the past—retro red-and-white checkered tiles, spinning counter stools, old-school neon “BURGERS” sign, and a grill that’s been smashing patties since the place opened. It’s tiny, bright, and always buzzing with locals, surfers, and post-beach crews who know this is the real deal.
Ordered the **double smash burger**, and it’s easily one of Venice’s top contenders. Two thin, fresh-never-frozen beef patties griddled hard for beautiful caramelized edges, double American cheese melted into every crevice, crisp shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and house sauce on a toasted potato bun. I was a bit skeptical about eating from this spot, but it turned out really good! The worker taking my order was friendly and I only had to wait maybe 10-12(?) Minutes for my food. The burger was very crunchy and chewy at the time same in a good way, and the fries I got were warm and soft. 🙂

this is the best burger I ate in a while, I would even say it’s the best one I ate in the U.S. great value for money! the only time I ate a burger and felt full after it. big amount of fries and great sauce on the side. besides the food which I can’t explain how good it was, the staff and owners are just amazing, they are kind, funny and friendly. I’ve waited less than 10 minutes, with this place you just can’t go wrong, do yourself a favor and only eat there.

This place is amazing! The burger was fantastic! I loved that the fries were well-done. The guys at the stand were friendly and accommodating. This meal hit the spot after our family spent a few hours shooting hoops and wandering the boardwalk. 10/10 experience!

If you are in the area YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE OUT!! The workers were so nice, and the prices are very good. Not to mention the burger was the best item of food that I’ve ever eaten omg. I had the burger with cheesy loaded fries about an hour ago,,, and I’ve been looking at the picture so much that I’m hungry again. This meal was so good and I’ll miss this burger for the rest of my life.
