Stopped in with my boyfriend for lunch! The staff is super friendly and they were very attentive when my bf asked for gluten free bread (celiacs). They have a huge menu & everything is delicious! It taste like a home cooked meal & with a nice sit down atmosphere it was truly a 10/10

From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating to my party of 7. She was literally a breath of fresh air. Very much attention to detail. This place is the PERFECT pit stop after a long day of activities. The menu is extensive and even gluten free options!! Everything was absolutely savory, no one left a single bite! I live about an hour away, but I definitely see myself planning another trip to the area, SPECIFICALLY to stop here and try out other items on the menu. The customer service was top notch!

Our first visit was during lunch time on Saturday, May 31, 2025. There is a wide variety of different foods available. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and so attentive while you are dining inside.
For our meals, we chose the Roast Beef Sandwich, the chili dog, zucchini fries, the standard burger and fries with a chocolate shake and a banana shake.
The roast beef sandwich was delicious. Served hot and cooked to perfection. The brown gravy is the perfect added touch.
The zucchini sticks were delicious too. Not soggy and they give you very generous portions.
My husband didn’t care for the chili dog. He said it had a weird aftertaste.
The shakes are to die for. They are thick and extremely flavorful.
We returned again today and ordered the sweet teriyaki chicken wings. The wings are good sized and were cooked perfectly.
We will definitely be back again since the menu is so diverse that we have many more options to choose from. They also have a rewards program where you get points each time you order from there and the points can be used for your next purchase.

I ordered a Little Boy Blue burger which is blue cheese, buffalo sauce and caramelized onions on a certified angus beef 6 oz burger along with a brioche bun, lettuce, tomato and cole slaw on the side.
I ordered separately board walk style fries with cheese and a fountain drink. There are a different kinds of fries, onion rings and other sides to choose from.
I found the burger to be cooked perfectly. It was very tasty and juicy and with all the combined toppings it was very good. Also, I found the cole slaw to be one of best I have had in a restaurant in some time.
The fries were also very good and the cheese made them better and I always add some ketchup to my fries as well.
Overall, Burger Shack was definitely great serving size and tasty for fair price, especially for today’s eating out. People were very polite and courteous. Establishment is very clean. With many food menu items to choose from, I’ll be back!

Had the chicken cheesesteak, they just melt a thin piece of cheddar on top. You can’t even taste the cheese it’s so thin. Minimal effort. Bread was soft and chicken mixture was fine. It was dry but prob would be better with actual cheese melted into it.

Went in for a quick bite and we were pleasantly surprised! Nice people. Great service and even better food. Best breakfast burger we’ve had in quite a while. Fries were very good and were a good complement to the hot dog (Sabrett I’m thinking on a Martin’s bun) Priced reasonably by today’s standards. Place looked completely new and spotless. Great option and addition to the area. We’ll be back!
