This place is awesome! The burgueses and fries are delicious. You have to wait 8-10ins since everything is freshly made, but it’s worth the wait. Friendly servers, big portions, and affordable prices. This will be our burger place from now on. Definitely recommended.

I’ve been waiting for this restaurant to open for a couple months now; so I’m excited to review. Coming in, the service was wonderful, the waiters made sure to be very attentive and explain the menu to me. We ended up getting the Detroit Burger combo, The breakfast pancakes -turkey, bacon combo, a Greek chicken Gyro, a butter pecan milkshake, and a cup of coffee. All of this turned out to be less than $35. The prices are extremely affordable, with wonderful service, and a very nice homey diner vibe. The tables were neatly organized, and the restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were spotless. I really want this restaurant to succeed, come give burger mix a try.

Nice independent business with a very wide selection of foods: hamburger patty melt, fries, chicken wings, chicken kebobs, salads, pizza, etc. Priced well for ample serving size. My only drawback is they have soda, but no coffee. That would make it all perfect.

First time in this place and I will.never be back!!! So we.ordered two pizzas, burger, and fries. One of the pizza we ordered bacon because they were out of ingredients. I checked the pizza prior to leaving and the cook looked me dead in my face and said, Thats Canadian bacon. I took the pizza home and my kids were like hey thats ham. I looked again and yes he lied and it wasn’t a mistake. Canadian bacon is round, this was ham pieces shaped like triagles..NEVER AGAIN!!! What a rip off. Oh yeah called for refund but acted like he didnt know what I was referring to. Thats ok thats why credit card charges can be reversed

Went through the drive through or the first time honest-to-God, the food is amazing.The Patty mount tasted delicious.The fries weren’t overcooked or soggy. Employees are respectful the gentleman at the drive through window make sure I got what I needed will be coming back

The food wasn’t really that good. They don’t have a house sauce. I asked for a well done burger and it came out a little burnt, I also had chicken wings and the chicken wings were like as big as a tender. I also, ordered a chilly cheese fries and there was no cheese it was chilly, beef, and turkey bacon it had no sauce. Tried supporting my local business but west Dearborn is where it’s at. #Level zero for brugers. Tried to compare but level zero .

I recently visited Burger Mix, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. Based on the name and some of the reviews I’d read, I was anticipating a dedicated burger joint, but the reality was far more scattered.

The menu was all over the place, with over 20 to 30 items, many of which had nothing to do with burgers. There were also several misspelled items, which gave the impression that the place was a bit rushed or unorganized. I don’t mind variety, but a tighter, more focused menu would help set clearer expectations for customers.

The burgers themselves were just okay—not terrible, but definitely not restaurant-quality either. The meat had a grainy texture that made it hard to enjoy, and while the prices were affordable, the overall taste didn’t match what I was hoping for. The drive-thru also wasn’t working, which was disappointing, especially since a previous review suggested otherwise.

One thing that really stood out was the use of reusable plastic cups. While eco-friendly in theory, they felt a bit unclean and were off-putting in a fast-casual setting. The dining area was quite large, which is great, but it was also littered with trash—surprising, especially with 10+ staff on shift. It would make a big difference to have someone regularly cleaning the space.

On the bright side, the staff were friendly, and the prices are fair, which gives this place some potential. However, it feels like Burger Mix is still finding its identity. With a tighter menu focused on quality burgers, better cleanliness, working facilities (like the drive-thru), and a bit more organization from the staff, it could be a solid spot in a food-centric city like Dearborn.

It’s a new business, so I’m hopeful they can take this feedback constructively and grow. For now, it’s a work in progress.
