I usually prefer not to go to restaurant chains, but on Sunday, I had the most incredible surprise at Burger & Lobster.
All the experience was fantastic. When we arrived, we found such a beautifully decorated space. We couldn’t believe there weren’t many people there, but they let us choose our favourite place to sit.
Grace was the best waitress, helping us choose the best options, explaining everything, and helping with pairing drinks.
We ended up choosing the Rock Oysters, Wagyu Beef Croquettes, Seafood Ravioli, Grilled Tenderstem Broccoli, and the tastiest Chicken Burger I’ve ever had – I cannot believe a seafood restaurant could cook such an amazing chicken burger.
The Oysters were super fresh, and if you like Oysters, you should pass by during the week, between 3pm and 6pm, as they have the “Oyster Hour” with £1 per oyster – such a bargain!
I still cannot believe that there were just a few tables occupied in such an incredible restaurant. All the staff were terrific, but I need to give a shout-out to Grace!

Grace made our first visit to Burger & Lobster a 10/10. We got there at 5:30 noticed the sign about £1 oysters and we were sold! Grace made sure our oyster order was put through before we even sat down so we didn’t miss it which was so kind of her! She was so cool and bubbly her aura made our experience there so good!
The food was amazing! Oysters fresh! Everything was just so tasty we will definitely be back again!

Firstly, let’s give a virtual hug to Fatima, she made us feel soooo welcomed, not just with her beautiful smile but her amazing customer service. Made us feel like we had known her for years! Just made the experience that little bit more special.

Grace was fabulous! Very attentive and was so friendly. She took amazing photos of myself and the girls and made our first experience at Burger and Lobster amazing! The food was delicious and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Great burger. Service even better. The waitresses were top class. Although they were dealing with a very noisy table, they always kept their composure. They were extremely kind with me, for instance when one of them saw me taking a book, a notebook and a pen out, and quietly came at my table to bring a better light. what an awareness What a touch.

I came here with my family for my birthday and all I can say is wow! The food was incredible, so flavoursome and the portions were very suitable. Our waitress Lucia and the manager were very welcoming and fun and made our evening with their hospitality. Last but not least the cocktails ! Amazing. Definitely recommend this awesome spot in Brighton .

Lucia was really nice and friendly during our dinner. We didn’t need to call her because she was there right on time. This was our first time at a B&L, and we had a good time. The food, service and place were all nice, the music was a bit loud but not too bad. It was really good to see how well the staff got on. They all seemed to be comfortable with each other and with the customers.
