Prescott Burger King has been my favourite go to for 35 years! Food quality keeps dropping here – fries often tough, burgers sometimes cold. Breakfast was still good until this month. I Checked with local staff – new managers are having them pre cook everything and leaving them in warmers until they are needed for faster service.
This can’t be considered safe food handling!
Today I grabbed my usual breakfast sandwich. Cold, cheese never melted and the egg was so dried out it cracked in half and kept breaking as touched. Not even good enough for my dog who eats everything.
Someone from health and safety needs to go in and teach the new managers the way it has always been done before someone ends up sick.
Today was my last trip there.

The girl who was working at the cash register today is a rude worker after taking your order she walks away then gossips in the back about the customers with the other girls while costumers are five feet away and this is not the first time or experience .The manager just stood there or whoever the Indian Guy was and allowed it by not saying a word and smirked.This Burger King is place to go if you want to be judged on the spot and criticized by how you look or want be laughed at by the young ladies working in back. I also know some people who have experienced the same and were too scared to bring it up so Im putting it out there now..

Absolutely Disappointing. I should have known better than to pay $15.50 on a cheap burger and 6 french fries. But this experience was the worst yet. Won’t ever be going back. The pathetic excuse for mushroom swiss burger for such a high price should leave this location ashamed and embarrassed. Don’t throw away your money like I foolishly did.

Had fish burger combo. The fish quality is below average.
When I asked the staff about whether the chicken burger is a piece of breast or processed chicken, he said I don’t know. I found it weird not to know the details of the products you are selling.

I go to the Prescott Burger King occasionally. Today I ordered the Bacon King! Bun, bacon, 2 burgers and 2 cheese with mayo and ketchup. THE BEST BURGER I HAVE HAD IN YEARS! Don’t know what they did different but this is the bomb. Thank you. Highly recommend this branch.

Nice little spot. Comfy atmosphere. Nice renovations in the last few years. Drive thru is usually pretty quick. It’s always been clean when I’ve eaten there. Even the washrooms were well maintained. The staff works hard and are usually very friendly. Not far from the highway exit so convenient location. Parking lot is a bit awkward but enough room. Easy to spot from the street.

I have to give honest reviews especially it being a fast food place. Suppose to be for on the go.
The workers there i think are legit fried. While ordering we had to repeat or say hello multiple times because the girl just was zoning out on the order. We ordered off broiler patties only to get patties that are actually cold or warmed via microwave. Yes its easy to tell a microwave . All the toppings are droppy & soggy & all hot… Like a microwave would do. The girl had to repeat the order again at the window because she wasnt sure, then she made the drink & asked if thats what we asked for…. ♀️
The chicken pesto we got, the patty was HARD . Asked for extra sauce & the burger is dry. The sauce is all in one spot. The workers there cant follow instructions on an order for off broiler patties & seemed to all be stoned & cant function properly. They reheat the food in the microwave! Stay clear!

Employees were friendly and service was good but I love have always loved The Wooper and purchased two meals for myself and spouse on this past Saturday, got it to go and brought it home . The burger was almost like it was laying around it didn’t taste like they normally do can’t pinpoint it only for not been if freshly made ? Anyway it wasn’t the normal quality I expected I had the 2 can dine coupon that was available.

First time going to a Burger King in a while. This place reminded me why the brand is dying. The manager looked irritated taking orders. Very slow service time. Didn’t have enough supply of a product they’re advertising outside and on the menu. Didn’t offer any sauce for our nugget order. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this location, yet I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Our family went inside the restaurant just before 11am – it was ‘whopper Wednesday. I took our daughter to the bathroom while my husband went to order. The restaurant was dead and 4 customers at a table.. We were able to both use the bathroom and no one had even acknowledged him at the counter…
The lady who was on sandwiches informed someone in the back he was at the counter but no one came to serve us.. I could see a male manager walking around in the back so there’s no excuse why we weren’t served..
After waiting over 10 mins and watching an another man serve customer after customer in drive thru, we left and went to McDonald’s where we got served and got food in 6 mins..
if you want service, go through the drive thru..
