Food was ok. It was burger king so that’s all it really could be. The entire dinning room area was full of smoke. Assuming caused by dirty grills. The play area for the kids was pretty dirty. Doesn’t appear that any workers go in and clean it very often.

Quick pit stop if you want to grab something fast to eat and use the restroom. We ordered the crispy spicy chicken sandwich and the fries. The sandwich was good but the fries were soggy when served. They could do a better job of serving fresh fries as fries are something everyone pretty much orders. On a side note, The restroom was decently clean.

Literally didn’t listen to a single thing that I asked to be taken off my burger, rushed through my order, didn’t give me my doctor pepper, put onion rings in my fries, and it took 20 minutes for a single burger and fries. Horrible customer service do not recommend.

Horrible Late-Night Experience
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my visit to Burger King in Othello at 11:30 PM was absolutely awful. Even though it was late and close to closing time, I expected decent service, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The woman taking our order seemed disorganized and confused, even coughing into the microphone while taking our order. It took forever to get to the front of the line—at least 15 minutes of waiting for no reason.
When we finally got to the window, we were told they weren’t serving ice cream, despite it being advertised on their sign. The cookies were overpriced for their low quality. Then, when we got our food, it was cold, and the sodas were so watered down that they were undrinkable. We had ordered 3 five-dollar meal deals, which were supposed to include 4 chicken nuggets each, but two of the meals only had 2 nuggets—extremely disappointing.
On top of that, we didn’t hear the usual “You Rule” phrase at the window, which is a small but expected touch of customer service. Normally, we’re offered crowns, but this time, we had to ask for them. It felt like no effort was made to provide the usual experience we’ve come to expect from Burger King.
If 0 stars were an option I would select it. This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a while, and I will not be returning to this Burger King again.

I went to my local burger king for the new maple bourbon bbq whopper. the person who attend me was very nice and welcoming and answered all my questions about the new whopper. i got my food pretty quickly and overall had a great experience.

This is a Whopper Jr.
So, the Whopper was regular hamburger size (small compared to old Whopper style) but this Jr. Is a joke.
Fries were about 10 fries apiece.
Also, cheesy tots were dried out.

We went inside to pick up our app orders and stood there for a solid 10 minutes. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged us, despite at least seven staff members walking around in the back. When one of the cashiers finally decided to assist someone, they chose a customer who had arrived after us.
While waiting, we saw at least three flies buzzing around and landing near the tray where they keep the fries—including directly on a fries box. When we finally received our food, it was awful. The double bacon cheeseburger was the smallest, driest one we’ve ever seen. The meat patty was paper-thin, with just one slice of cheese and a few crumbs of bacon.
If we could give zero stars, we would. We’ll never stop at this Burger King location again.

Online app is confusing. Not this restaurant’s fault. Got to window, drive through guy said I should have figured it out at the speaker. Finally got ithe Whopper, saw that it was an Impossible. I handed it back and said I asked for a and paid for a Whopper with cheese. When the lady, who shouldn’t have inserted herself to help because she didn’t talk to the drive-through guy, handed me the Whopper I asked, “Does it have cheese?” She said, “Yep.” I opened it in front of her and said, “Nope,” and handed it back. What I received after another five minutes of wait is what you see in the picture. Also, it’s hard to give feedback on their mybkexperience.com feedback site, when there’s no store number on the receipt. The last thing the drive through guy said to me was, “We had to remake it.” Umm… Thank you?
