This Burger King is our go to stop point when headed into Idaho. Its our Halfway point.
The play place is clean and full of little hideouts. The food is always good, and the staff are wonderful.
We just stopped in and found it newly remodeled. And I can’t say enough about the improvements. The colors, and the better seating.
It’s worth a stop if you are passing through the Tri-Cities.

Workers standing around while people wait, orders made incorrectly from either dine in, takeout, or drive thru with simple one step instructions burger with no mayo, come to find out didn’t even put the instructions on the order. Incompetent staff wandering around during rush hours not knowing what to do.

3rd visit in a row where burger customizations were not honored incl condiments and veggies. Each time they pocket the add cheese or add bacon then give you cold burger patties. Drinks taste like typical Coke remix garbage. Drive thru is closed for construction and the inside just sounds like non-stop sawing. Not the worst BK I’ve ever been to, but congrats for earning Runner-Up!

Decent burgers and fries. I’ve had better shakes elsewhere. Prices are, in my opinion, to high for fast food unless you have a coupon or order through the app. I typically order through the app as it is simple, less expensive, and more likely to get the order correct. There is a play place that I have used before but don’t often. It seems clean enough as well as safe for young children.

Watched them at the drive through window. They pulled out a patty tray warmer that was full of already cooked OLD French fries. Then toss them into the fryer and then SERVED them to me and they look horribly browned and tasted Awful / Stale.

Has proven to be consistently the worst burger king I’ve experienced. Poor quality food for years. Soggy discolored lettuce. Flat burgers that look nothing like the picture. The drive through guy didn’t even say a word to me this time, he just handed me the bag and closed the window. Avoid unless you have no other choice.
