It was the dinner hour and there were only 2 people working. They were going at a snails pace!!!! I waited 5 min to place my order and then another 20 to receive it! It was a sandwich and pies. I have worked in the food industry, one rule no finger nail polish or fake nails! They aren’t concerned with that one! I won’t go back.

BK Elma offers a clean restaurant with friendly staff and the classic Burger King taste. Each of our party had it their way and everyone’s order was perfect.

Well this is quite interesting to see a Burger King and a Grocery Outlet in this small little town. If I remember correctly we went from Taco Bell to Subway and Dollar Tree. Now we’re at a Burger King, Arby’s, Domino’s, Starbucks and Grocery Outlet. It’s good to be home.

UPDATE: I ended up taking back the food that I had ordered there. I just couldn’t even bring myself to go ahead and eat. When we open the food, it did in fact, look like crap, so we weren’t missing much. When I walked in the gal I spoke with recognized me immediately and okayed the refund. She had nothing to say about it which is fine, because she already knew about the situation. But just to let you know….. he was, in fact, one of the line cooks. I really feel like it’s my responsibility to let you know that before you go and eat there or get food for your children God forbid.

Just don’t. I got a full video of one of their employees enjoying his lunch break except for his sandwiches already eaten so he’s feasting on everything that could possibly be jammed up in his nose. I am not lying I am not lying. Just save yourself the stomach ache and I would be a hard pass for me. Not one glove change behind the counter. Employee going from grill to pushing buttons to grill to pushing buttons it is just a complete cesspool of nope no thank you. If you’ve gotten sick from eating at this place I can only understand why. I’d go get yourself checked out.

I know it’s fast food but I still expect a certain level of service. I keep noticing that with every minimum wage increase, the customer service decreases. Not just at this place but literally at all the other fast food establiahments.
As for the food, I ordered something that I’ve ordered enough times in the past to know that I like it but for some unknown and undisclosed reason there is all of a sudden siracha sauce on the item I ordered. I think that they just made a mistake. Maybe they gave me the wrong order or just made it wrong and decided that, since I was in the drive through, that I wouldn’t notice until I was too far away to go back and have them fix it. Either way I payed way too much to only be able to consume my small soda and a small order of breakfast potatoes. I know better than to leave the parking lot after I’ve been through the drive through before I check what I have. But this shouldn’t be something that needs to be done. Especially since these people are being way over paid.

Went through drive through and person said he would be with us in a minute. Been sitting here for almost 10 minutes now and still no one has taken our order. This establishment needs help learning how to move and work and keep the flow going if they want to continue to have business. I shouldn’t have to sit in a drive through for almost 45 minutes. I am not from around here but I visit this spot maybe once a month coming up this way and I can tell you any other burger king where I am from has orders out faster than this establishment. Got here at 12:05 pm and this receipt shows 12:39 pm cashed out and got my food at 12:45 pm

8:28 p.m went in to order a meal and the person at the order counter said he was going on break and told me i would have to come back after his break. Decided to go next door. Customer service poor. Why have a business if you aren’t going to take care of your customers. Without a customer you don’t have a business. Would have given 0 stars as there was no service whatsoever. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! When I visited there today August 1st at 2:30 in the afternoon, there were 9 or 10 people( or should I say teenagers at their first job?) working..well I wouldn’t call it working,I would call it Facebook chat because all they did was gossip and laugh,which I don’t mind as long as the job gets done.alas, it took them 19 minutes to make a burger and fries!!! And the burger was dry and just slammed to gether..When I asked to speak with the manager,the girl at the register had to finish her gossip sesh with two other workers before she let the manager know..as for the manager,well when I told her that waiting for almost twenty minutes for a burger and fries was absolutely unacceptable and that 9 out of the 10 employees are standing around and gossiping instead of doing what they’re being paid to do and that’s taking care of customers orders..she had the nerve to say they’re understaffed and it’s lunch rush but thanked me and walked away…corporate is getting an ear full about this… If I were the manager I would’ve refunded everybody’s money and given them their order as well..twenty minutes is ridiculous at any restaurant,fast food or not . And then to turn a blind eye and allow the gossiping and horsing around shows her character…I won’t go back ever again…NEVER EVER.

My order was taken quickly, but the food took a long time because there were a few orders in front of mine. While I was waiting in the dining room, several people commented on how cold it was inside. I was shivering. When my food finally was ready, I took it “to go” and ate in my car because it was warmer.
