Wow, onion rings with the Zesty sauce is pretty good!. Service was a little slower than expected and the sweet tea is old, starting to sour. This is an older burger King as the kids play area was closed during covid and looks to be still closed.
When I started my order online I was getting pricing and location from a different state. When I changed it to Washington it added $2 for the meal. Same meal, different state, so sad.
I shall be back to Burger King one day.

They’re improving. Food is usually great, Drive Thru still takes a long time. However, it’s less than half of what it used to be. Glad to finally eat there again. Like everywhere else, the price is outrageous.

So RUDE and a SCAM! Ordered the 4.99 rodeo meal, lady asked what size I said medium ” knew there would be an upcharge of like a dollar” get to the window and realize my portion of the bill which was the rodeo meal went up to just under 10 bucks, I ask the lady if that was correct and she says ” yeah costs more to upsize” I say yes but over 4 dollars more to go from small to medium?? She says yes so I say we’ll make it back to small cause I’m not paying over 4 bucks more for just a few more fries, another lady comes to window and I explain it to her and her response is ” I don’t make the prices” and just ignores me after correcting the order. I’m sorry but first off customer service is still a thing places should try to do well on! Second watch your bills at this place cause 4 dollars to upsize your meal is dumb, 3rd could have got 2 of the 4.99 meals and got more food than they tried to charge for a few extra fries ” which were cold anyway”. Now I remember why I stopped going here and won’t be returning!

We made the ratio to say one thing, these guys really are personable and polite, with such a welcoming and delightful character.
The rest, well, it’s fast food.
We are thankful to have met Steve the cook who prepared everything with flare to an awaiting staff that take the time to add careful arrangements of your order on the tray.
It stands out these days.
The bathrooms , however, are a reflection of the manager (and ?owner? )
Another one of those get the money, cut the costs kinda deals.
But at least it offers a place for the 3we met today a place of employment and they handle their interactions with you greatly:)

The food tastes fine at this location, but the speed of service is ridiculous. They take 10+ minutes to serve each vehicle which is ridiculous. You could honestly probably get your food faster at a sit down restaurant than here. This was my last time visiting this location

We went through the drivethru this evening to wait in line. The line wasn’t long but its seemed to take longer than usual. When we pulled up to the window, the p lace looked like an abandoned Bk. We saw only 1 person in there, working hard with a smile in his face, I wish I got his name so I could tell everyone. He brings our food I asked… “Are ypu the only one here?” Hos reply! You know it! With a smile n on his face. Even though it took a bit longer, this gentleman had and amazing attitude given his circumstances. This man deserves a raise!

It’s burger king. This location seems to employ only sour attitude people who treat late evening customers as if their presence is an annoyance and refuse to allow the milkshake machine to operate past 8pm. Apparently the revenue the milkshakes generate is lower than the cost of labor for the counter people to be there one minute past closing time. Food is often cold , or extremely hardened from sitting under the heat lamps for hours. Drive thru wait times are shameful and when going inside expect to have the counter person stop mid order taking to pack up the drive thru order at the window. Then watch as your food is ignored by this person as they serve three cars that placed their order after yours. When I asked if I could please have my food I got a heavy sigh with eye roll . Food options are extremely limited in Aberdeen and most customer service workers in Aberdeen behave as if your business is unwanted.

Absolutely will NOT ever be going to this Burger King again. I went years without going here due to how filthy it is, and disgusting. But I decided to give it another chance recently and hadn’t had any issues the last few times I went, however tonight was the complete opposite. I was waiting in line at the drive thru to place my mobile order, when this white van came flying in almost hitting my car, she then stopped and kept waving at me to move. There was a line of cars in front of me and I kept trying to tell her I can’t move so she aggressively tried to squeeze through again almost hitting my car, while I have a toddler in the back and pulls in to a spot gets out it’s an employee (pretty sure a manager) and starts screaming and arguing with me like it was my fault. When I did try to complain to the manager about her very aggressive and rude behavior he accused me and questioned why she would purposely try to hit my car like I was lying about it. The whole staff yelled at me to go somewhere else which I had already planned on not eating here at this point with how I was treated. It’s clear this place needs to be shut down. The customer service is nonexistent, they have HORRIBLE attitudes and are just pure lazy. Food all over the floors, flies everywhere and garbage inside and out all over the place. Disgusting.
