Best BK customer service ever. At 11:53 AM (Feb 16) was elite—I was actually offered a crown! That’s never happened in my adult drive thru experience. The food was fresh, the presentation was perfect, and the drinks were crisp. This BK employee working the drive thru isn’t just a server; they’re a brand ambassador who deserves a VP level promotion. Thank you BK employee for your sweet service in every sense of the word!

They should have to work on their customer service skills. I do understand they have a lot of pressure for drive-through orders but at least give good smile to customers to make them feel valued. They used to have a really nice lady who usually used to take my order, but I don’t know if she’s still works with them or not.

Great spot! The Burger King in Lacey, WA delivered hot, fresh Whoppers with perfect flame-grilled flavor. Friendly staff, quick service, and spotless dining area made it a top fast-food stop. Definitely coming back!

We used the mobile app the buy our food, when we got to the window we had to wait quite a while and the service was bad. There was no thank you or friendly service. When we got our food it wasn’t even right. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown. Would not recommend this location.

I observed an employee cough on worn glove then handle my food. I politely brought it up to the acting manager, who was some really rude older woman.
Instead of hearing me she got defensive and raised her voice. Then she became upset that my bicycle was parked outside about 6ft from the door.
I was not interested in any food at that point and requested a refund. She refunded me like she was an upset toddler.
I own a house just down the road and love cheeseburgers, but I’ll NEVER visit this place again. GROSS!

Ordered two double cheeseburgers with fries and drinks, one whopper Jr., and one whopper, also one large onion rings.
Got two plain hamburgers, onion rings, whopper, and whopper jr. $30.
Check your bag before leaving the store.
It was 9 pm, there were no other customers in the store, 4 people working, and although they did have two other drivethrough customers, it should not have overwhelmed them getting this order correct.
Small things matter in customer service.
I was bone tired after 12 hours of driving, and had other things left to do, and did not go back to leave my thoughts with them, but they did piss me off.
I want to be sure to note this was just the crew on duty at the College Ave. location in Lacy Wa.

Went to this BK with a coupon for $6.99.get to the window and she says it’s $8.67 and when we told her it was wrong and we had a coupon code,she said that the system didn’t recognize the code and she put in an old code from summer…way to upcharge and rip a person off..this is the third time that has happened someone needs to look into this..seriously. oh and the pic shows the receipt from the other BK we went to directly after…so she lied thru her teeth..why would she lie unless she gets a cut or is too lazy. And the coupon came in the mail on Friday.

Place was clean. Service was friendly and professional. I but the two Jr whoppers, ditch the bottom buns, and combine to make double Jr Whopper. Unfortunately, the meat wasn’t warm enough to even begin to melt the cheese. The tomatoes were tiny and mostly core. Buns were crumbling apart as if not very fresh. Fries were good. Overall, tastes were as expected.

The worst burger king i have ever been to. I waited 45 minutes for my order. The staff were rude and inattentive. They cleared my order from their screen yet I haven’t received my order yet. I saw this and had to notify them that they cleared it off the screen. They did not apologize or anything at all. They ignored me and I had to wait another 15 minutes. I asked them for a refund if they weren’t going to make my order and they finally gave me my order. The food was extremely cold. The lobby was filled with customers waiting over 45 minutes for their order. The manager was rude to the customers and the staff were undertrained.

I usually got only French fries and Chicken nuggets for my son, and I go there sometime twice a week. As usual I took my son to go get his fries and nuggets, I ordered two large fries and 8 pieces nuggets but they told me to go and wait in the disabilities parking lot because they putting a new bag of nuggets in the fryer. We waited about 30 minutes, no one came out so I call to remind them that I have been waited for a long time now and he told me they bringing the food out right now, so I hung up the phone, but he brought the food out to someone else that was behind my ordered, both of them got the food before I did and I waited for over 30 minutes already. I ask him what about my order? He said, what is your order? I said 2 large fries and 8 piece nuggets.
He said: sorry for the wait, I’ll go get your food right now.
Me: Ok
Then he came out with a bag of food, I checked and there is one fries short, So, I said I order 2 large fries but this is only one in the bag
He said : sorry about it, I’ll go get another one for you. Then he went back inside and came back out after a while, he is holding the bag and I thought it will be fine because I already remind him, it’s a large fries.
I got home and my son happened to take a nap so I didn’t notice it was totally different size of what I ordered. I’m not impressed with this service today. My order seems forgotten and people behind me got the food before me when I only ordered French fries and nuggets. I’m not saying this without prove. I will take my business elsewhere.
