I ordered two garden salads and two 8-piece nuggets. Today, after ordering and paying, they told me they did not have any salad dressing for the salads. They gave me nugget sauce for the salads. Then, when I got to my office and pulled the food out, the cheese on my salad was melted and the top lettuce was hot. Then, I pulled the nuggets out and found the nuggets were very dry to the point of not being edible.

Ordered my meal and when I attempted to pay with the gold $1 coins, I was told “these coins are not in our system”. This location denied service to a customer using LEGAL US TENDER for all debts both public and private. There are no signs posted that they do not accept these coins.

Breakfast and lunch gets slammed pretty heavy here. Staff more or less is pretty decent to talk to. They have never messed up my order even during peak hours and the food is usually good. For a quick snack this place is pretty good. If the drive thru is packed, its faster to park and go inside. Prices are what you’d expect from any other burger king.

The guy below me is an idiot though, you should know those registers don’t read them correctly nor do they support them, next time figure out a better response before bashing on ones service. Regardless, service was great, food was great, I’d go again multiple times if I could.

This Burger King has it hard. This is easy to guess, because during lunch you have hundreds of soldiers flying through the side drive way service window. In a rush to get food and make it back to work as to avoid facing reprimand from chain of command. Besides that and breakfast rush, most of their day is waiting for the next person to come in and order. I have yet to encounter bad service from this location, but have run into somewhat ridiculous wait times even when being the only person in line. I don’t see the staff taking anything after 1300 seriously.

Apr 17- 2025 The person taking my order in the drive through cut me off mid order and said second window, wanted a drink with my nuggets. First off, i didn’t get nuggets but some weird potatoe things that i just threw out. Secondly, if BK is too hard of a job to where you have to be rude to customers, you may need to re-evaluate life.

Woman in the drive through in the afternoon of 3/11 had the worst customer service. Didn’t bother to ask what size or if I wanted cheese. I couldn’t even get a word in since she was in a hurry to take my order and not a single car was behind me. She handed my order, blank face and said nothing, even after I thanked her. That employee needs to find a job she doesn’t have to deal with customers with that attitude. She looked just as miserable as the food she preps.

I had a review about 9 months ago, same issue they never put either the sauce or dressing. Can’t always check before you live because the line is long and you don’t want to old it. All this food with no dressing or ketchup!

So horrible I had to leave a review. A complete waste of money. I could not eat anything I ordered and was charged for ice water. So disappointed but I learned my lesson I will drive to the BK on the AF side from now on.

The drive through employee took my order and ensured it would be correct. I went early and rushed back to work when I discovered they again did my order wrong. Wasted my money. There was no lunch rush. Tasted as if it was waiting there a while.
