Are ordered online. I wanted the whopper, and I waited in the drive through for ten minutes.Just for them to tell me that they don’t have the whopper meat. And they can’t refund me, I have to do it through the app. I would recommend never to order online

I waited over 20 min for my order….and i ordered online 10 min before I even showed up to the restaurant so that was about 30 min….When I received my order I asked Ms. Sharon to ring me up for the cheapest cup for something to drink….She rung me up for a small which was $3.30 and walked away to handle the drive thru order so after waiting at the register another 2 min I asked her could she ring me up for the cheaper drink so it took her like another minute to change the small drink to a value drink and at this point I was like dang” Ms. Sharon I gotta go through all this for a cup as long as I waited for my food you should be giving me the cup as a courtesy” she proceeded with” NO I don’t have to do that , people have choices and you didn’t have to wait that long you chose to do it” so i paid for my drink and she handed me my cup and then walked off without even giving me the code to the soda machine which is locked, which she knows she has to give the number to the customer to even get the machine to work…Her attitude was uncalled for and I was not wrong for asking for the cup to be a courtesy to me for as long as I had to wait….And yesss I did choose to wait that long for my food because my daughter had to eat and I understood they were short handed….I told Ms. Sharon she don’t gotta be rude and disrespectful because she was under stress at work and she told me I was the disrespectful one for saying to her that she should of just gave me the cup! I was not rude at all but I spend money all the time here and daily and she knew she had all these people waiting over 20 minutes for their food and she could of just gave me the cup instead of making me wait another 3 minutes to pay for a value cup.
Accountability goes a long way!!!!

Food was nice and hot! The staff are friendly and helped me find deals to make my meal more affordable, as well as helping me with the menu (I have impaired vision). The atmosphere was nice, quiet and calm as well as pretty clean. Another nice aspect is the location, it’s right next to Motel 6, which made my stay there a bit more bearable.

Upon arriving there was an altercation between 2 employees that looked to be heated, and what appeared to be a manager rudely yelling at the younger one. A manager should never yell at employees in front of customers. On top of that after he was done yelling he disappeared to the back while you were busy and ordering food became a nightmare as the middle aged lady that was left appeared to not know what she was doing. I come here frequently and do not believe I will be returning. .

I was in the establishment with my family and I noticed, this middle aged skinny lady I believe her name was Virginia, mocking her coworker about something, and they proceeded to start arguing. I then seen what appeared to be the manager yell at the younger worker, while whispering something to the middle aged employee I feel this is very unprofessional and shows high level of incompetence from the management team.

You know, they may take an extra minute or two, but they’re always busting butt and making good hot and fresh. The guy at the drive thru (braids and glasses) is so awesome, my son always says he deserves more money because he’s so nice.

Nice Burger King considering the area. Our food was hot and just as we ordered on APP. I love that they added the Impossible Whopper to the menu and it’s included in Wednesdays Whopper special for $3! We will definitely be back to this location.

Although the employee was courteous, I was not informed until after payment that the store was completely out of kids’ toys and Halloween promotional items being actively advertised. The sole reason for my visit was to purchase the Scooby-Doo toy and themed packaging.

If a primary promotion is unavailable, staff should proactively disclose that before completing a sale. Failing to do so misleads customers and undermines trust in the brand. This is not the first time this location has been out of promotional items, which suggests a recurring issue in communication and inventory management.

I regret spending money here under these circumstances and hope Burger King reviews this location’s customer communication and promotional fulfillment practices, and makes this right. My kids are woefully disappointed. 🙁

Worst food experience ever in my life. Don’t go this place anyone with kids.

We went to the restaurant around 7.30 with one baby and two small kids. Once we placed the order, it took them 20 minutes to get it to us. But we added another order as online pickup, and they asked to come through drive-through since it’s past 8pm. We’re already in the restaurant, so we’re disappointed. When we walked through the drive-through, they asked us to come with our car, and they wouldn’t give us food. We don’t want to move, and the manager in the picture did everything. When we finally got our food, my family was taking dinner with kids and I asked them to leave.
Your business is going to be impacted by this review, so I hope you’ll get something done.
