Not pictured is the 1st steak that was burnt and over well done. The 2nd steak was the attempt at cooking, “medium”. The manager and hostess offered something else, so I opted for the chicken tenders thinking it wouldn’t come out clucking or throwing feathers. So at first I though one of my eye lashes fell into the honey mustard, but after the 3rd time using a fry to fish it out, I used a fork to fish it out and that hair came out of the honey mustard…management didn’t charge me for my plate, but if anyone else goes here, beware….maybe this place just doesn’t like me.
Make it make sense ♂… but I guess this is eating good in the neighborhood…

Listen, Applebee’s isn’t going to win any awards for their offerings… however, they are all generally very good.
Brianna made our visit… Awesome service with a great attitude coupled with good food.
To the kitchen, I would recommend not killing the veggies…my broccoli was barely holding together. The steak was cooked correctly and the Mexican rice (a Brianna recommendation) was tasty as well.
The only other complaint at the table was the OM Cheeseburger…Not the taste…I had a bite and it was delicious.
Getting that burger off the hot cast iron fajita plate…not so excellent. DO NOT BELIEVE THE COMMERCIALS. It will need to be pried off… especially if you want the crisp crunchy cheese.
Not sure if there is a solution…but be prepared to work for the delicious cheese…it will come off eventually.
Cheers!

Ordered wings at the bar. They were covered in Cajun pepper and we were unable to eat them. The bartender knew and I was hoping for her to offer a new plate, instead she chuckled and offered more water as I expressed how hot they were. The pasta was dry. Really bummed as I normally like Applebees.

Our Server Juliana was charming, efficient and attentive in a great way. We 6 totally enjoyed the early-opening quiet, Kitchen provided great meal exactly as “Jules” ordered for us— all ensured every one of us was totally satisfied and serviced.
What an awesome selection of restaurant we made for our rendezvous to catch friends visiting the area who were driving north on I-75 heading home. Thank You Juliana & Applebee’s.

I visited Applebee’s yesterday on Veterans Day, and I was really impressed! The staff was friendly, respectful, and worked quickly to make sure everyone was taken care of. The food came out fast, tasted great, and everything was just perfect. I really appreciate how well they handled the busy day and still made it an enjoyable experience. Great job, Applebee’s team! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I ordered carside to go, and my ordered was marked ready at 7:33, 7:55 pm and there’s no one coming out to the vehicle. I came to the bar inside and they finally “found” my order in the back. My food was very cold. Wouldn’t recommend carside to go at all. The manager reasoned that my food was cold because it was “ready” at 7:22, but my pickup time wasn’t until 7:33…

The server was new, so hopefully he’ll improve over time. The chips were gone was before the dip. Probably because half fell on the floor before he arrived at the table. The quesadilla burger was okay. It was nice and hot. The French onion soup was bland & fairly disappointing. The beer was icy cold.

We went on Veterans day and my veteran husband ordered the lime chicken and rice from the Veterans menu. That was his whole dinner, no vegetable, not even a breadstick. He said the chicken was good but the rice was not edible, completely undercooked. I tried it and it was hard. He wouldn’t let me send it back or complain to the waitress because afterall it was a “free meal” , and military people don’t complain about the food they’re given. But surely, the kitchen had to know this wasn’t cooked. So he basically had a piece of chicken for dinner and the half breadstick I shared with him. I had the chicken penne which was ok and a side house salad since the dish did not come with a vegetable. The lettuce was watery causing the dressing to become watery, otherwise a decent salad. Even with his free “meal” we spent $35 on my dish, salad and two sodas. We threw away the $5 off our next meal card they gave us knowing we wouldn’t be back.

I just want to say ,” I commend all the management and staff at this location. You were very busy and very short-staffed but all of you worked very hard to accommodate each and every one of us that were up in there today. If it took a little bit longer for us to get our food that was no problem because we understand. If people would be a little more considerate of the situation that they’re in of being understaffed the world would be a better place.

When I order an entree salad, I expect a salad that includes a lot of lettuce, protein and some items to add flavor. What I got was a bowl that consisted mostly of rice with a little lettuce and toppings. So much for my Lo-carb salad!
Fortunately, it was quite tasty. Otherwise, it would have only gotten 1 star.
