Got parked for fresh hashbrowns, not a problem, I like them fresh. After a couple minutes being parked, they put a large bag on the counter. Looks too big for my order so I assumed DoorDash or something. After waiting seven more minutes, I went in. Nope, that big bag was mine.
I was parked for fresh hashbrowns that were then sat on the counter and were cold when I got them…
Oh, and the cup was put in sideways and Al but a few of my hashbrowns was free floating in the bag (see pictures)
I love BK. Prefer them over EVERYONE else. You have to do better. Please restore my faith in this drama filled world.

Burger King is a fantastic choice, mainly for the signature flame-broiled taste that sets their burgers apart. The Whopper is an absolute classic and always hits the spot. If I could provide a 0 star review I would. I hate fast food, but kids were hungry. We went through drive through and placed a very basic order. Got all the way home and the entire order was wrong. Had to turn back around and go back (on me for not checking before I left) got back to the store and explained to them the order was wrong. They were beyond rude, assuming she was the manager she came out and was like “ what’s the problem” I explained to her the issues, no I’m sorry here’s a coupon for next time nothing. Grabbed the bags of food and went to the back and was so rude like it was our fault the order was wrong.

Service through the drive thru was slow but friendly…Ordered Philly Melt meal w/Sweet tea. Sandwich is a lot smaller than expected, only has trace amounts of peppers & onions, but flavor was good. Fries were super fresh and hot, but ended up with unsweetened tea in error.

When ordering in drive thru, I asked for a King jr meal menu which is clearly on the bottom right of the drive thru menu. Person said they never heard of that. What??? Don you actually work there? It has choices of burger, fries or apple sauce, milk or apple juice and treat or toy. I stated plain cheeseburger, fries, apple juice and toy. She was confused and asked if I wanted fries, and milk…???? It seems she wasn’t paying attention. I had to repeat myself three times. Very frustrating. I also ordered the $5 my way meal. After getting the food, it wasn’t fresh. See pics. Lettuce looked like they played soccer with it on the dirty floors and chicken nuggets looked double fried and three days old. My son has had diarrhea three times in the last hour. Food poisoning is no joke. This place needs an inspection ASAP!!

Stopped to grab breakfast. Ordered the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches. Asked for 2 sausage biscuit sandwiches. And a medium hashbrowns that is displayed $2.39. I saw on the screen it was rung in properly at $8.14 and then changed to something other then what I asked for at $14 and change. Then was asked to pay the $ 14 at the window. When I said that doesn’t seem right. The employee tapped one button and stated the right price. Seems to me like it was not a mistake trying to overcharge me with expression the employee gave. ( that kind of “great he caught it ” look )
Furthermore, I did not get the food I had asked for. Not a huge deal but i got croissant sandwiches, when i had asked for biscuit sandwiches. Food was still good though.
I am leary about this location. As I’ve heard they’ve had cleanliness issues in the past. While the food seemed to be made properly for what they gave me, the other mistakes prompted me to let others know of my experience. I’ll stop again soon to see if they try to pull the same move with the amount, cause I don’t feel like it was an actual mistake. Make sure you know what your paying for, so your not overcharged!

I do not leave negative reviews as I work in the food industry. But today, 10/20/25 at 10:40am, the lady working the headset was an absolute nightmare. I couldn’t catch her name on her name tag or the receipt, but it did say assistant manager on her shirt which is crazy to think a woman that portrays she hates her job is an assistant manager let alone working the window at your establishment. I understand people have bad days but when you work in guest service do not take it out on the people who are paying to eat at your restaurant.

Just picked up dinner from here tonight and apparently the staff priority is to sit back and gab instead of take orders and give correct items. I made sure to repeat myself to the drive thru girl several times over the gossiping in the background. Barely could confirm what mu order was at the window and most of our order was wrong when we got home. Have it our way? Should of saved my receipt for this, because this was just lazy, distracted workers.

If I could give ZERO I would since the food isn’t even edible. My “royal crispy chicken sandwich” deserves no royalties and crispy is one hell of an understatement as it’s more like crunchy. Being nothing more than breading, even chicken shouldn’t be used to describe it. This is by far the worst “chicken sandwich” I’ve ever had from anywhere, and I’ve been served a completely raw chicken patty before. At least that one I could cook, but there’s no saving this “chicken”. It’s a shame I can’t upload the video of knocking it on my counter top as it sounds like a rock.
This is terrible and just one more reason to avoid Burger King altogether!

This lady in the morning, I don’t know if she’s on her menopause or something but she shouldn’t be their. So rude, she might be the manager there but she is impatient in taking orders, no customer courtesy, impolite. It’s not the first time we encountered her. It’s about time to put this review. If she is the manager, Lord have Mercy.
