Solid Burger King, Ordered the Jack O’ Lantern whopper. Tasted like a whopper but with a dash of spooky. Would like to see more added spooky like some googly eyes but you don’t always get what you want in life. Especially googly eyes .. Mobile order pickup was seamless. I tried to give the crew a hug before I left but they declined. Great job!!!

I have got to give a big shout out to Julie the manager at this location. We had placed an order through the app last week and was less than impressed with it when we picked it up. All the food was pulled and disgusting. Julie reached out to us after doing the survey above and beyond to correct everything. She replaced the order and it was above expectations. Will definitely return again.

I asked for a medium meal and they gave me a small meal instead. I ordered a Oreo Sundae as well. The oreo Sundae they gave me was literally just vanilla ice-cream with oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. The Sundae did not look like the photo at all. The photo looked like it had chocolate syrup or something else on it. While what I got was just vanilla ice-cream with a little bit of oreo crumbs on top.

Was told the lobby was closed well before the close time then refused to accept a order through the drive through because they were short staffed while making orders for door dash. Also to top it off 2 of the 3 employees were just standing and talking in the lobby. Most times I have come here there have only been 2 employees so why all of this when there was at least 3 is beyond me. apparently don’t need any more business I guess?

I got off from the bus and grab a lunch in this Burger King before heading to a supermarket at a walking distance because I needed to feed myself. I am an amateur cook and loved cooking a few dishes for a possible thanksgiving with my dad’s “kababayan’s” house with their friends. I ordered online and used PayPal right before entering inside the dining room.
For an order I placed, all I needed was to check in with the crew. However; there was a queue so I waited a little bit and seated myself. Did photograph inside and chose to photograph a special needs adult with a para-aide with him. Giving a bit of a intimate street photography practice. The manager heard me and the para-aide arguing about photography rights and I stand myself not to delete a photo of an adult under conservatorship. Manager wanted me out and trespassed and threatened to call the Sheriff. Not able to get my meal AND going out to a nearby park or bench to eat.
I understand that every Burger King is private property and they set rules for photography. However; at least complete the order and hand my meal that I ordered with my PayPal. Don’t mind to wait outside when asked if photography concern arises. Afterwards, crew and manager a give me a trespass warning for intruding on another diner’s comfort.
It’s one star today because the order I placed online is unfulfilled. Other than that I did not need to give my review.

It’s been a while since eating food from Burger King (Silverdale location), although I can say about a month ago I stopped and grabbed an ice tea and promptly tossed it after the first drink, it was so weak, it resembled water more than tea.
Yesterday, I was in the general area of Burger King and was hungry; I thought to myself that a regular hamburger is easy, quick, and less possibility of them failing on making it, well they proved me wrong!
Twice while ordering, I verified it was a regular hamburger I wanted: ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions; both times, they repeated it back to me, and it showed up on their board I could verify that it was what I wanted.
I pulled forward, paid (they gave me no receipt), received my bag, and left. I did find it strange that my burger was over two bucks, however everywhere has raised food prices; why should they be any different?!
I drove to my next destination and decided to eat in the parking lot. I was disappointed to find a cheeseburger (not a hamburger) that had so much ketchup and mustard on it; I took a napkin and wiped it around the burger, I bit into it, and it squirted all over my steering wheel! I grabbed another napkin, and out came a receipt; they charged for a whopper junior, was given a cheeseburger but wanted a hamburger!
There goes Burger King, at least for a little while, had I not been so far away, I would have returned it and asked for the right one, oh well =(

So what’s all the hype about Burger Kings tacos? Today I decided to try one for lunch; after all, they are just one dollar. I went into this thinking to myself or maybe hoping there would be a little more bang for my buck; unfortunately, looks can be deceiving, and what is advertised on TV isn’t entirely what you get; let me clarify, you do get a taco, but my taco was relatively skimpy, other than with the lettuce. I think a smaller shell with the same amount of filling would of been so much better.
Not being a massive eater, I would still have to eat two of these to curve my hunger.
Now for that being said, the taco shell was OK in flavor but somewhat greasy. And of course, it was deep-fried. The little bit of filling inside was OK in taste, but the taco sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. Are they worth a dollar? Well, this is a fast-food restaurant, so I suppose as long as you going into it knowing it will take two maybe three to fill you and more if you are a guy.
This Burger King was reasonably busy. The couple of workers I interacted with were friendly. The soda and condiment area was a bit messy, and a couple of tables needed to be wiped down, but nothing out of the ordinary for a fast-food establishment that time of the day.
I did not visit the restroom, so I am unable to give any opinion on it.
This Burger King’s location is a stand-alone restaurant but is in an area with multiple businesses, so parking isn’t an issue and easy to see driving down Silverdale Way.
Will I eat at Burger King again? Perhaps in the future but no time soon, just because it isn’t my preference.

All Burger King’s around here need to know that there’s actually people with disabilities and are Autistic and have down syndrome as well and you guys Or learning disabilities I understand you guys need a code on the soda machine, but people with disabilities have a hard time with that. I asked for the code 3 times and the guy was being extremely rude about it. You guys need better training this violates ADA accommodations. I understand people are probably theft the drinks, but being nice about it and understanding and accommodating if you see people with disabilities, help them with the machine and type the code in as people have short-term memory loss or disabilities

I went through the Drive Thru. I ordered an Egg-Normous Burrito Meal that includes Hash Browns (Tator Tot’s) with an Orange Juice. I also got a Vanilla Ice Coffee, Two Bacon and Sausage Croissant Sandwich’s… All of that for $21… The Food was Hot, Fresh, and Very Tasty….

On 12/6/2024 I placed an order for a Double Whopper Meal. Order #72. When I inspected the bag it appeared as if I had the right order.. The order i got was wrong. It was a single whopper which I found out when I got home. To make matters worst, there was no effort to fix the mistake. I contacted the store and the staff showed zero accountability or effort to make things right. It’s outrageous that a well-known chain operates with such poor customer service and disregard for fairness. It feels like they outright stole my money. This is not just about the money; its about principle and respect for customers. I’ve always enjoyed Burger King in the past, but this experience has made me question if I’ll ever return. Buyer beware.

Best and the nicest location. The staff here are really nice. I wish they could keep their employees when it’s busy they are struggling. 8/2 visited the Silverdale location around 1230-2 and the front end gentleman was really nice and he had to run the food and a long line of people. The world needs more patient and friendly hard-working people like this.
