Thought I would treat myself to a tasty lunch today out of nowhere, well that was a mistake. Took forever in drive thru line, then both my items had 4 times (minimum) the amount of sauce that is supposed to be on them. It was disgusting and I didn’t finish either item, which is rare because I love Burger King. Won’t be back to this location anytime soon, staff is obviously no good currently.

My girl and I went to Burger King on Warren Ave. in Bremerton this past week to have a Philly Melt. What a horrible disappointment. The place was absolutely dead. There were two customers other than us in the restaurant. And maybr a car or two in the drive threw. We placed our order via the kiosk and waited, waited, waited… did I mention that we waited. 35 to 45 minutes still… nothing. Our food had been sitting in the pickup area for quite some time. Without being informed. The food was absolutely disgusting…unbeatable. The bread wasn’t even toasted/ grilled. The cheese and butter weren’t melted. Now I am not speaking for the entire staff at this Burger King (Warren Ave.) or any other Burger King for that matter. I’m speaking specifically about whoever was working on swing. The service absolutely sucks. The place was not clean, no customer service whatsoever. That being said… any upper management or any management whatsoever that runs this store, please check into your swing shift.

The customer service is condescending and not helpful. I can’t believe I was just told that “that’s just how it is with delivery” when my frozen drink arrived warm and melted. I live not even 3 minute drive away. I don’t have a car and don’t want to walk. I told her I live SO CLOSE how can it just arrive completely liquid and not even cold, didn’t even apologize or offer to check the machine for quality just condescendingly told me to accept it. I hung up out of anger.

First we went through the drive-thru and long wait time but what do you expect nowadays. When we get up to the window some guy walks right up and tries to order from the window and the employees don’t tell him to leave they entertain him for a little bit before I start yelling for him to get out of the way. When we got our food as you can see in the picture the burger was completely cold. You can see that the cheese isn’t melted at all on the patty. We can’t do the survey because they put the sticker right on their restaurant number so they don’t get the bad surveys. Fries were cold soda was warm the worst Burger King we’ve ever been to

Took an extremely long time to get my food. It was an online order that was placed. 20 minutes before I got to the restaurant. After arriving at the restaurant it took another 20 minutes before I got my food, I took one bite of the sausage biscuit and it was crunchy and very hard. So I go inside to let them know and possibly get one that isn’t hard as a rock. The girl kindly made me a sausage croissant because she said that the biscuits had been sitting out too long.

Too slow, staff wasn’t helpful at all. I’m a frequent customer and the wait is always ridiculous. Ordered a milkshake and was given an ice cream with oreo on top. Asked for a return and tossed my card upon returning. Tonight I made app order so it’ll be quicker. Still ridiculously long wait for 2 whopper and fries. I received this fries and ask if this portion is the norm and Heather said yes. I insisted I’ve never gotten this little and she insisted that’s the amount of fries they’re serving. BK is Port Orcahrd has an excellent service meanwhile this location needs to hire better staff. 0 stars if I can.

Chicken nuggets and onion rings, what can I say? Pretty yummy! Also, I asked for a really large water and they gave me the biggest cup I’ve ever seen in my life. Super quick service, even with a long drive-thru line. Oh yeah, and it is super duper affordable, too!

After waiting 15min for cold fries and finding out some food was missed, we returned and asked for hot fries and the food that was missed and lady just rolled her eyes and said so what. Requested a full refund and won’t be back. Time to close this Burger King down… service and food used to be great and now it’s just all trash. Won’t be back and no longer recommend. Go to kitsap way.

Ordered 4 whoppers, 2 chicken nuggets and 1 drink, ended up with less then half the order. We called and they told us the entire order would be replaced, so the next day we show up and they said we can only give you what was missed, and even after that they still messed up the ingredients on the burgers, and they also came back smashed.
