Normally ok.
Tried a new maple bacon whopper yesterday.
Disappointing.
It was super dry. Minimal bbq sauce, Trace of cheese you could see burger through. 3 tiny bacon slices not even close to reaching the burger edges. Fingernail or smaller sized crumbs of dry, fried onion and jalepino (strings??) that fell right out because they didn’t have sauce or cheese to stick to. It honestly felt like they just wiped some condiment counter crumbs onto my burger.
There’s been a lot of hoopla about improving the whopper to match pricing. Hah. Fail.
Do better or just tell me you can’t or won’t make a good burger today.

So, this place has a weird quirk around 5 pm where they cycle out team members who took your order and greeted you, with someone else, meaning that second person is going to ask you what order you have. Even when you’re the only person there, and only one receipt is shown on the in progress ledger, this is going to happen.
This is where the long delay in service comes from. It’s not a staffing issue, it’s a training one. Food is great, interior is average besides that.
This is a long way to say the drive through probably isn’t the best way to get your food here.

I have been visiting this Burger King for years as I live right down the street. Now I avoid it like the plague. Recent years it has to be the slowest BK I have been too. The hours seem to be random early in the morning.
It is very disheartening because this BK used to be super fast and reliable.
If you are in a hurry avoid this restaurant.

This location is understaffed at times, but the quality remains excellent.
Very professional and the employees work as fast as they’re able with the employees on duty.
Make sure you use coupons and save 30-40%.
I think BK has made Whopper Jr’s even smaller.

I ordered 2 times with burger app at this store and both times made me disappointed. When I came in and pick my order, I already told my name with them at first but, they did not care about me and always repeated your name, your name?? Their attitude towards me was unacceptable. I showed my order my phone with MY NAME and they asked again whats your name? More than three times and did not see any information about my order.

Love the Original Chicken Sandwhich. The Onion Rings are one of the the best for fast food maybe even non fast-food restaurant. I love when I bit into it, I don’t get the whole onion that slides out. Whopper is good as well.

Employee by the name of John talking about getting a machine gun and shooting people. Not someone I would have employed. Provided no corporate or district manager contact info. Currently in talks with the support team. We don’t need people like this in our community.

The staff && atmosphere is TERRIBLE. Customer service is clearly not what they strive for at this location. The bald head guy believes it’s okay to smoke a cigarette then go back inside && WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS just proceeds to go back to work. The manager is even worse. The food is better than most BKs out here, but the service here SUCKS!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this BK for years now. Today I ordered two whopper meals (coupon) and the whoppers weren’t assembled correctly. I’ve had this happen a couple of times with the whoppers every time. The food is good, love the chicken fries, but when I get a reoccurring issue of a whopper not being assembled correctly, it gets frustrating real quick. Finding a new BK to go to from now on.
Also I should mention this about my order, I said no tomato and ketchup on one and no mayo, lettuce, and tomato on the second one. When I inspected them, the first one had tomato while the other one had everything. The only thing that was right was the cheese. And the way you have to word things when you are ordering specific things on your whopper is only *insert ingredient here*. It confused me because I should be able to say no, this and this etc. Also the cherry on top they gave my order to a different customer.
Update: Never going back there again. The staff environment seems to be a bit frustrated. There was one employee that was trying to replace the receipt printer and threw the empty roll away out of frustration. I felt really uncomfortable and I’m never returning again.

The food served here is exactly what you’d expect from a Burger King, so take that as you will. Workers could improve their customer service skills.
