I just picked up a mobile order in drive-thru and got home to eat my food which was really horrible. I didn’t get any of the sauces I asked for. Yes, I know I should of checked my bag before I left so that’s on me. It wasn’t until I opened my chicken fries box and realized they are hard, old and crumbs all in the box. The chicken fries and regular fries were old, cold and nasty. I will not eat here again. This was my second time eating at this location and I won’t be back. Their food quality check is very much so lacking.

I didn’t see the name of the gentleman running the drive through window, but he has a panther tattoo on his arm. Every time I’ve come through he absolutely changes the drive through experience from a needed transaction to a fun interaction, and I leave with a huge smile on my face. This guy deserves a raise! Definitely going above and beyond.

So you order French toast sticks and they charge the syrup separately now stating they can’t account for it in the system otherwise. Seems like they need to update their system instead of charge extra for something that should just come with the French toast sticks. Like chicken nuggets get x- amount of included sauces or are they charging separately for those sauces too?

Came today a Sunday and it’s the only day they don’t open at 6. Was 6 mins early, decided to wait since we don’t have a bk near me. At 4 mins to 7 a female came on and said “we don’t open for 4 mins” I said ok no problem. Then a min later she comes on and says “can you move and come back your destroying our drive time” I said sure but decided no thank u that was rude and I no longer would like to purchase from this bk. Disappointed and not happy.

Live right down the street but I only visit now when I’m desperate. Never had a good experience thus far. My visits have consisted of missing items, wrong items, cold food, terrible hospitality, long wait lines, etc. Today was the final straw… only ordered a dbl cheese and the young man at the window had a terrible attitude. When I politely asked him for a single ranch he rolled his eyes and came back with 8 for my one sandwich. Him and his coworker chuckled as they handed me the bag. Only writing this review so hopefully the manager can see this but I doubt anything will be done to improve this location. Won’t be visiting again

This was the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had. The food was sub-par but the biggest issue, was idk if she was the manger or just the girl there at the time. But she smelled a little funny. Was terribly disrespectful to me but also a very terrible communicator. The energy from her coworkers felt off and just was over all really interesting experience. She was awfully demeaning and demanding to the staff, and was yelling quite a bit. I wish these younger folks knew how to do a job nowadays.
