No issues with the food, no issues with the staff, but 1 star because management is unable to hire enough staff to run the place according to the hours listed. I work nearby and have tried to dine in innumerable times, but the lobby is almost always closed, despite the hours listed on the door saying open lobby until 8pm. I have spoken with staff about this and they claim they don’t have enough people to keep the lobby open. The franchise owners need to stop being greedy and offer competitive wages or change their signs to reflect the reality of the situation. Until then, I’d recommend Tandoori Slice or the Popeye’s next door, because at least their lobbies are open, even if they’re more expensive.

We tried to order a few different things they didn’t have. Spicy chicken fries, sweet tea, and iced coffee. We settled for something else, as we usually prefer BK. The lady at the drive-thru was somewhat apologetic, but really nice. She also let us order a piece of pie at the window, and gave us extra sauce, even with a car waiting behind us. I’d be back if I was in the area again.

OH MY GOD!! anyone want to know fast services with a friendly customer services. This Buger King is the best spot to go to. It’s way better than Popeyes’ hands down✋️ not only that I have come to this buger king 3 times and as pack as they get day or night, they lines keep going. The facility is very well maintained inside and out. Only if they can receive customers tip and management accepting them receiving tips I diffinately would tip this location hwy 99 on seatac area. Not only is the food amazing, but the workers are beyond fantastic a cup posted out they windows that say tip is great, not only for the workers’ hard work but appreciation.” Facilities Workers like that should be recognized… for Popeyes they food was undercooked, with bad attitude,bad customer services, and the facility looks new, but outside and inside as well with they employees is trash waiting in line not to mention for 30-45minutes just to order is ridiculous it’s a fast food service not slow food services lol.. Fire the hiring manager for not staffing this place. For over two months now the inside dinning area has been closed forcing everyone to use the drive thru and since the parking lot is shared it causes a back up and congestion there. If you aren’t going to have inside open then break down the walls and put outside seating.

I come here often for coffee and occasionally for food. The man working in mornings is always very kind and nice even with all the jerk customers he has to deal with. He’s amazing! Food and coffee always hot and fresh.
